Last minute cancelation Midtown near Downtown, Vandy, WestEnd Gazebo & Spa

We stayed at Candy and Rick's place for a long weekend over Easter, and our only complaint was that we couldn't stay longer. The lodgings are very well appointed, and the owners have thought of everything. We had a total of 8 people, and it fit us very comfortably. The backyard patio is your own private oasis. The communication from Rick is the best we have experienced when booking through VRBO. The extra touches they provided were also an added bonus, even some Easter treats. If you are looking for a stay in Nashville away from the hustle and bustle but still close enough to get to all the sites easily, then this is your place!

This place was amazing! The hosts were the BEST that I have experienced at a VRBO! They went above and beyond throughout the entire stay, there isn't enough room in this review for everything that should be said about them!! When we come back to Nashville, this is definitely where we will stay!

We cannot say enough about this property!! ABSOLUTELY AMAZING experience from the booking to the stay. Rick and Candy are amazing hosts who communicate clearly and quickly. This property was a replacement for an original booking which ended up canceling, and we couldn’t be happier with it. I messaged the property as a request to rent this for my sister’s 50th birthday, and within an hour we had an answer and some questions about us and the reason for our stay in Nashville. It was the perfect match for the 6 of us who ended up going- and room for more! When we arrived, Rick and Candy had left a welcome card and a birthday card for my sister, along with some candies, balloons and bundtinis. The house is absolutely gorgeous and very homey- it was our home away from home. Rick and Candy literally think of everything right down to makeup washcloths and wipes. It was a completely relaxed stay because we knew if we forgot something, it was there. The outdoor patio was beautiful, complete with spectacular lighting, a hot tub, BBQ, and a fireplace which they had set up for us in case we wanted a fire. The house was clean and seasonally decorated already, which made it more homelike. Plenty of fans and blankets. A feature we especially liked was the security system was easy to operate and had specific settings. Plenty of space for 6 women, and bathrooms as well, and safe!!Can’t wait to come back and spend more time at the Tudor @ Orleans.Corina G.

This was a great home base for our first trip to Nashville. The neighborhood was safe and quiet, but convenient to many restaurants and attractions. The home was clean and well appointed with everything we needed for our stay. Rick and Candy also added some special treats and extra touches to make us feel even more welcome. We appreciated their hospitality and amazing communication. The anazing patio area was really what drew us to the place to start. The hot tub was a perfect way to spend cool nights during our visit.

Very clean, cozy and full of amenities, they have everything you would need available. They even had extra goodies upon arrival. Perfect location, close proximity to most attractions. And just a few blocks from the hospital. Couldn’t stay at a better location.

Host was very welcoming.Great communication throughout the trip. Home was conveniently located for our needs during our trip. Has plenty of space it inside and out to enjoy. Would stay here again and recommend you do too.

Tudor@Orleans is a great place! The host are nice and went above and beyond on our welcome and stocking the home. Everything was clean and in place with coffee, creamers, honey, sweetners, utensils, face wipes, body wash, shampoo & conditioner, male and female scents high quality like Dove & Neutrogena! The hot tub was hot and patio sitting area was comfy! Each room has it's own bed too!! Close to Candy and walking distance to many coffee shops and restaurants ohh and the parthenon too! Quick drive to Broadway and Gulch. While it didn't apply to this trip there are MANY stairs in the home, so not ADA friendly. For a 40gh bday it was PERFECT though!! Thank you Candi and Rick! I would highly recommend your beautiful home!!

Great stay! We had a Bachelorette Nash Bash for our best friend. There were 6 of us women (ages 33-42) and we had a lovely stay. House was great, patio was perfect, and the hot tub was a plus! Overall, we enjoyed the area. Upon check-in we were surprised with Nothing Bundt Cakes, loved that! Check-out instructions were awesome and easy! Would definitely stay again!

Rick and Candy went above and beyond to make our family feel special. We arrived in the house to flowers, cake and balloons and handwritten cards to celebrate our son’s graduation from Vandy and Mothers Day. Very well equipped. I especially appreciated having coffee in tho house. It accommodated our family and everything was a short Uber ride away. We spent a lot of time on the patio and in the jacuzzi. Very relaxing! Don’t hesitate to rent.

We stay in VRBO's quite a bit & this was the absolute best host's ever!!! They had a welcome sign, a welcome card, & sweet treats waiting for us when we arrived. They even had a graduation card for our daughter. Communication was excellent. The home was super clean & they had it stocked with supplies. We felt like the hosts were invested in us having a great stay. It was such a fantastic experience!!!

Our family traveled to Nashville for our daughter’s wedding last weekend and the house was a good size. It’s charming from the curb and has a beautiful backyard area with nice seating, fireplace and hot tub that we really enjoyed. The check in process was simple, the location was great and there was good communication with the host. The house itself needs to be updated, especially the carpets and the staircase wall coverings which are filthy.The house was well stocked which made our stay easier and there was plenty of parking.

We booked this location because our daughter was due to have her baby. When we arrived, we were welcomed with a chalkboard sign welcoming our family and the new baby. A beautiful potted plant for the mommy was waiting inside. I say this to show how hospitable the owners are. Everything inside was clean. The kitchen was well appointed. More than enough room for everyone! We will for sure book again. Thank you Rick and Cindy

This property was a wonderful home to celebrate our Thanksgiving holiday with family. We actually felt as though we were welcomed into an extended family member’s beautiful home. The owners were so welcoming, friendly and cared about every aspect of our stay. They were quick to communicate with us whenever we had a question. Also a wonderful, safe location that was close to so many great things to do in Nashville. I would highly recommend this home for a wonderful stay in Nashville.

The property was amazing. Lots of room for our large group of 7. We were in town for our daughter’s wedding & stayed a week. The property location was perfect. Very close to the highway so it seemed that everything was a quick 10-15 minute drive. Rick & Candy, our hosts were phenomenal regarding communication. Extremely thorough & quick with responses. I have never stayed at a Vrbo that was so well stocked with everyday necessities in the kitchen & bathrooms. I did not even need to go to the store. This was just a truly lovely property to stay with our family & only made our “wedding week” better.

From the booking process to the check-in and check-out, the owner communication was flawless. Upon check-in, I was in awe. I was left special gifts for myself and family as well as a welcoming sign at the front door and handwritten note on the kitchen counter. This was such a special and much appreciated touch. This home was so cozy, comfortable and welcoming. Plenty of space to relax whether we were just reading, enjoying the hot tub or relaxing around the fire. A short distance to Broadway and shopping. I have never booked a home prior to this one that put so much effort into ensuring our trip was a great experience. It is the small details that make the experience memorable. I would highly recommend this home to anyone. I had such a great experience in booking and staying in this home that I left the owners a token of our appreciation. Charming, Cozy, Convenient are the three words that describe this property. With four bathrooms it easily accommodated my family. Well stocked, close to downtown and restaurants away from downtown in a safe neighborhood. Hosts were great and communicated well.

We loved staying in your home for a week. 4 room and 4 bathrooms worked out perfectly for the 8 Canadians. We loved and appreciated all the little extra's such as the welcoming snacks. So nice to open the door and feel to welcome to your home. We love the inviting backyard with the covered pergola. At night we would sit in your backyard and just enjoy chatting about our day.Thanks you for big supply of towels, the games, umbrellas and the pamphlets of things to see in Nashville.
