The space
The villa is located at a 1600 m2 plot and has a 6 x 12 m swimming pool. Ithas a great view to the mountains, the nearby forest and the sea. It is located at the back end and highest point of a residential area, and has several permanent habituated neighbor villas. It borders the nature on the back side, and by climbing the wall you have direct access to multiple gravel roads that are perfect for walks in the nature at the slope of the mountains and ravines.
Guest access
You have access to the entire property. The villa has 3 bedrooms. One at the 2nd floor with a king size bed. Another by the pool with a king size bed. The third faces the garden and has 3 ea 90cm wider beds that can be arranged as preferred. A small children's bed and high chair is available. Each bedroom has en-suite bath-room. In addition there is a family bathroom.
Other things to note
The use of solar panels makes this property a net annual supplier of electric power to the grid. A large water storage tank system has been installed to ensure stable water availability through the outage of water supply this area frequently has. 2 ea 24 screens, mouse and keyboard allows for setting up a temporary office to get some work done.
