Large Rental in Rumbling Bald Resort on Septic. No damage. Ready to go!

Joe is awesome! Super helpful, very informative and made sure everything was going smoothly for us. We really appreciate it and was amazing to work with. We'll definitely be staying here again

We used this property for our hiking group. There only ended up being 8 of us so weeere able to spread out and enjoy this beautiful property. Joe reached and gave me directions to get inside the house and videos of how to use several items in the house, like the hot tub. He responded quickly toQuestions. The beds and bedding were so comfortable! The house is just beautiful with tons of space to spread out. We enjoyed eating around the table, using the hot tub after our hike to Chimney Rock and then Rambling Bald. We played scrabble while others enjoyed the games in the basement. It was a great weekend in a great space!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. the access to the resort was easy and the guys enjoyed the golf course. Although it rained. we still had a wonderful time. The house was amazing. It looks exactly like the photos. The lower-level carpet was stained.

Great stay. Kids loved the pac man and shuffleboard and having their own downstairs space. Nice kitchen for us to make meals at home. We loved the lazy river and pool and put put at Rumbling Bald. Even though Lake Lure was mostly drained we still had a wonderful time.

The space was perfect for all 14 of us. Our family enjoyed the Shuffleboard table, Dart board and the Hot Tub. The swimming pool closest to the house was used by all, several times. Joe made our Che k in uneventful and very smooth.

My husband and I along with our 3 adult children and their families stayed for two nights. The home is beautiful--every bit as nice as the photos or even better. With the four bedrooms we had plenty of space for each family. The kids loved the pac man and shuffleboard. The resort passes were great--we enjoyed the pool and beach. Rumbling Bald is very nice!! The owner responds very quickly to questions and is a good communicator! Five stars thumbs up from out group

Our entire visit was a success! From the check in to the departure, we didn’t have one problem. The house was so spacious and laid out perfect for all of our family. Joe was very kind and responsive. Will definitely be back!

Great for a large crowd. Many local activities available. Plenty of room tp spread out and give the teens their space. Facility manager had great follow up.

Our family of 8 adults, 4 kids and an infant loved this spacious home with its 3 huge suites and a smaller bunk room. We enjoyed the patio and screened porch in early morning and late night since it was 90+ hot during our stay. Downstairs was spacious for games and our group loved the Pac-Man machine. The pool and RB beach area were lots of fun. House was spotless and Joe was the best host, always prompt to reply, even when we left behind some items. Plenty of space for cooking and dining in and an easy drive to Lake Lure area. Huge closets, so no tripping over suitcases, and lots of space for the kids to play indoors. Beautiful home!

The house was spacious, clean, and beautifully decorated. The basement with arcade games and shuffle board was perfect for the kids. Very quick/easy drive to the beach at Rumbling Bald. The host was easy to communicate with and very helpful. We would definitely stay here again!

I cannot say enough about this incredible house. It had everything we needed to enjoy a fun weekend with friends! It was clean, comfortable, and spacious. The house is close to the Rumbling Bald resort amenities too! The owner was wonderful to work with and very prompt and responsive. We will definitely plan another stay here!

We had a total of 10 ladies, ranging in age from 49 - early 80’s, stay at this beautiful property for 3 nights. We enjoyed the spacious house, lovely screened porch, the hot tub and a variety of other amenities. The host was very accessible and helpful for any little question that arose! I would highly recommend this property for families or large groups who want a private, quiet retreat to the Carolina foothills!

We had an awesome family vacation with our two sons and their girlfriends. The spacious home gave everyone a bed and bathrooms. The house had EVERYTHING we needed with open kitchen and living space. The screened in porch was great with rockers for reading and relaxing. If you desired to put up the screen you could to have open air. We enjoyed them down to watch it rain and keep out any bugs. So so relaxing. Hot tub divine and the gas grill was great. There were 6 of us but was room for easily 6 more. Maybe as our family grows bc we would definitely stay here again. Can’t rave enough about Joe who was nearby if we needed anything. Was nice to know if we had questions and he graciously checked on us. Our first VRBO experience was great !! Great property !! Peaceful, relaxing and a tom turkey with two hens came into woods behind house. Beautiful flowers, trees, shrubs. Divine “relaxation”. None of us wanted to leave. The property is absolutely a gem! The whole experience couldn't have been nicer or easier for us to work with them. The house is loaded with lots of really nice touches from screen in porch with retractable screens to downstairs kitchen to old school video game machine and hot tub. Little touches like an abundance of silverware, plates, cooking utensils made it very livable. Would highly recommend the property. Joe was over the top helpful and even the neighbor we met was very nice. Overall great experience. Couldn't recommend a property more.
