☀️Large Private Pool-Close to Beach ⛱️Pet Friendly 4BR Family DESTINation

The house could most definitely use some updates and improvements. The flooring is a main issue that needs replacing. The stairs inside are separating at the seams and every time you step on them they pinch your foot. The tiles in the kitchen floor have cracks and missing pieces that catch on your toes & socks. There was a sign stating not to set the A/C below a certain temperature but the house couldn’t even stay cool at that temperature. We had to keep fans going most of the stay. The location is really convenient to the beach access across the road and that was the best part. There were 2 things that we needed addressed when we arrived and property management was quick to respond. Heads up though, they do not use the VRBO messaging feature so you do have to text them. Overall it was a great week at the beach and I think the house has a lot of potential with some upgrades and a deep cleaning (e.g. dead bugs on floor & windowsills, stains on pillows, rugs, & linen, holes in walls & loose towel hooks in bathrooms).

This was our first time staying at this property and it won't be the last! The location was a one block walk to the beach and having a pool with the house was a game changer for our kids. We are a family of 8 and had plenty of space.

Had the best experience in an amazing locations! The hosts were super accommodating and even provided us with a little gift at check in.

Overall, our stay was great at this house. We had two families with various age groups. The pool, which we had heated, was used tremendously throughout our stay. The size of the pool was great, and it was super helpful that it had locked gates surrounding the pool so that little ones could not enter without the help of an adult. The house itself was clean and well put together. All of the bedrooms had plenty of room for accommodations. The walk to the beach was a block away, which was very convenient. The small downfall was there was little area to set up on the beach unless you walked down farther since all the condos took the whole beach as private. The house was in a good location to the main road to plenty of restaurants, stores, and other activities. Overall, our stay at this house was fantastic.

My family stayed at this house and really enjoyed our time there. House was clean, well stocked and beds were comfortable. We enjoyed the wrap around deck on the first and second floor and the kids room on the third floor. Best part was beach access; 6 houses down from house. We used a wagon for our beach gear. Pool in backyard is fabulous, no need to share with other families. There is a hose with access to cold water to cool down the pool. There is also a shower built on to side of house near mud room entrance. Would stay again.

The home is beautiful, spacious and clean! We had a great time.

The home is falsely Advertised there’s no gulf view from the south side deck ! The outside of the home is dirty and rusted all around .theres trash all over the yard including the pool area . (Which we cleaned up on our vacation)The water hose for the pool was left out and still in the pool . We had to sign a release which we were also charged for , but the leave a hose laid out .only one outdoor shower works that’s besides the trash cans which smell of dead fish . Theres wasp nets also the landscaping is dead has not been taken care of This house is an eye sore . The inside definitely isn’t big enough for 12 people the kitchen is very small not spacious.as advertised!Blinds don’t work , bugs all over , lamp shade missing from the master bed room beds aren’t in good condition the frame is about to break at any time . Bedding is old sheets are discolored /old The other bedroom mattress sinks in box spring looks like it’s fallen apart My sister and brother in law didn’t sleep well at all , the bedding The callings are dirty in the bathrooms, halls and kitchen grease a/c flitters haven’t been changed , there’s patches all over the ceiling from leaks We rent homes all the time and even had ours listed .We would not had rented this home without a gulf view like listed , We sent RealJoy around 50 pics . This home should be removed until all repairs are made .Real joy is is working discounts . But we do feel there shouldn’t be any charges due to False Advertising and the condition

We stayed at this beach location for an extended weekend getaway. We celebrated a graduation and had family in town. This location was nice. About a block away from the beach access. Pool was nice. The house was not perfect, but we were ok with it. There were a few insects splattered on the walls that the cleaning crew missed (no big deal). The upstairs bedroom adjacent to the master sank down. So my husband and I were on different levels. The property manager did come out for the insects on the side of the house by the pool (also not a big deal). We also live in Florida and know how bugs can be. Overall, it was a nice trip.
