Large North Conway Vacation Home Indoor Pool, Pool Table Sleeps 22

It's not clean. There were mouse droppings, all the furniture was scuffed, the beds were uncomfortable, there was body hair found on the sheets, the listing says sleeps 22! And then shortly before the day which I booked months in advance, the message I got says no more than 14 guests. Also the emergency exit at the end of the hall on the bottom floor was leaking really bad from the rain, one of the bedroom doors was put on with the hinges backwards so it didn't close properly, it was dusty and dirty almost everywhere, they didn't weedwhack in the yard so we couldn't use the fire. There were holes in multiple walls and doors, the pool floor was sharp and sliced someones foot. Would never recommend this rental to anyone. They do not clean here, there was broken glass that was stepped on as well, the surfaces were all tacky and not wiped down.

An incredible vacation—we had an excellent time. The kids enjoyed the pool non-stop and want to come back.

We had a great time, everyone loved the pool table room, some loved the pool. We had an issue with the pool, and the host took care of it right away! great place.

Great location and you can tell it used to be a great property. Now there is lack of cleanliness, mold, water damage (water leaked onto a bunk bed downstairs) certainly not big enough for 22 people didn’t even have enough utensils for 12. Didn’t have working fire extinguisher. Host was responsive but never offered any compensation for all our issues.

Pool was awesome and the location was even better.Fireplace worked nicely and awesome and the billiard table was a great addition. Love that is close to everything we wanted. Just wish that it cost a little bit less, if it did we qould be going more times or stay longer.

The host Andrea and property manager Nick were wonderful to work with. Plenty of room for three generations. The grandchildren loved the pool!

Heated pool and lots of room in the house!

The pool and fireplace were the highlights of our stay. Andrea was great. We had a couple needs/questions and she got back to us right away. This is our second time at the house. Great spot for a big group to get away!

Andrea is kind & gracious host. She was welcoming and readily available for any question or communication we had. I would have booked for same weekend next year, but some one already beat me to it Would absolutely stay again!

It was clean and fun.

The house is great for nice weekend with family. with indoor pool. Great way to entertain and be relax. The host is very nice and easy to communicate.

The property was beautiful and very clean. The pool is of course the best part and was also nice and clean. Andrea the host is great and attentive. I will definitely be coming back to stay again next year!

We had such a great time at our little family reunion. Pool was nice. Kitchen was big enough for us to all cook meals together . Dining table was big enough for all our family games. It was a blast

Great place! In town for a wedding plenty of room for a big family stay.

It was a wonderful place to get together with extended family that was centrally located to the different parks and attractions.

The house was very nice, looks like the picture on line. The pool was great, just the right temperature. Bring your own dish cloths, sponge, and paper towels.

The pool was a hit with the kids and very enjoyable. The showers were very nice and bathrooms were updated. The kitchen area had plenty of pots and pans and plenty of silverware and utensils although draws were very hard to open. The bedrooms and bathrooms and kitchen area were clean but rest of house needs a through cleaning and simple maintenance which would of made our stay more enjoyable.

Thank you so much,for a wonderful stay! The house was spotless and beautifully decorated, making us feel right at home. The location was perfect for exploring the city, and we especially appreciated the helpful local pool and pool table provided. We highly recommend staying here, and we hope to be back soon! 

The house is in a good location. Close enough to get to town/outlets/hiking quickly but also far enough to enjoy quiet and relax. The pool was awesome because we did have a couple of days with some rain so everyone could swim. We had 9 adults and 2 kids and were comfortable inside and outside the home. The host was responsive when we had questions/concerns. Some of our party arrived earlier than anticipated and were allowed to check in a little bit early. It was a fun week and we definitely plan to return next year.

The property was exactly as advertised and we had a great time in and around the area. Andrea was an excellent host with outstanding communication and always responded quickly. Thank you so much!

I stayed for a long weekend with my spouse, 3 cousins, 1 dog, and 3 girls age 9-11. We all had a blast with the indoor pool especially the kids. The pool table also got a lot of use. I liked that there were TVs and thermostats in every room. The house was very clean and cozy. The host Andrea was easy to communicate with when I had any questions and got someone out quickly to plow the driveway when we got a ton of snow overnight. There’s also a lot to do in the area like outlets and restaurants. In the summer there would be mini golf, golf, and other options as well.

The property itself was great....everyone decided that pictures didn't do it justice. Unfortunately, we were challenged with a power outage due to downed power lines and a tree blocking access into the neighborhood. Andrea was nice enough to offer that we stay an extra day to make up for the 24 hour outage, but we were unable to take advantage of that offer as many of our party needed to be home for work/school. Thankfully, there was a fireplace we were able to make use of although we had to purchase more wood to keep it going

Our stay was just perfect. Plenty of room . Pool was perfect warm and inviting. Kids Loved it! House was charming. Beautiful fire place. Very clean. Host was super quick to reply. We Loved it all.

We stayed here for a ski trip - lots of space for hosting, and great amenities!

Hilarious, fun, silly, loving, grounding, peaceful, comfy, playful, and totally over the top wonderful family gathering that was long overdue from missing Christmas holiday time together Nine in total. 3 dogs and plenty of space to feel comfortable and homey. The appliances are rather vintage and could be updated soon. The oven handle was an issue all weekend and when cooking for nine it was a pain. Great showers and bedding. Pool was nice but too cool for a lot of use. Even after requesting higher temps from management. Too bad. Plenty of parking nicelocation.

Me and eight of my friends go away every year for a break from work. Property was great. Pool was fun for all of us!! We were blown away by the showers!!

Beautiful and cozy place to share an unforgettable experience with the family. I recommend it. There are some details that are not right, but nothing that cannot be resolved. The pool is excellent.

This was an extended family ski trip and the location was perfect near attitash and Cranmore. The beds were comfortable and the kids loved the bunk room. Unfortunately the pool was frigid and not even the kids would go in! The pool table was a hit for the adults. The fire place is also great, just be sure to bring your own wood.

The location is great! We loved the pool table. Andrea was receptive to all our questions and needs. The pool was also nice and the teenagers enjoyed swimming.

The host was great and very responsive. The pool heater wasn’t working during the first two days, but this was no fault of the host. While it was disappointing, I understand that these types of issues can happen. There was only one comfortable bed out of the ones we used. The cooking dishes need to be replaced, and the living room furniture was uncomfortable. The housekeeping service didn’t do a thorough job, as the kitchen appliances were not properly cleaned. On a positive note, there was plenty of parking, and the house was a good size. The pool was great once it was repaired and warmed up on our last night. The location was ideal as well. Overall, I want to emphasize that the host was very helpful and a pleasure. tfamiltime.

Great place for our Friendsgiving weekend. The kids loved the pool! Close to echo lake/cathedral ledge and Conway center. Hosts were very responsive to any questions/issues I had. Would definitely stay again.

The home was large worked well with with group of gals off for their Christmas shopping trip. Pool nice and clean but cold, contacted host, got quick response and temp raised the next day with good results, giving us a couple a days of swimming, couple mattress were firm but we had a couple people who preferred a firm mattress. We were asked to put all dishes away before leaving, only thing missing were dish towels, rest of kitchen well stocked with utensils. The rain type showers were very nice. The pet friendly worked very well with our little shih tzu.

Property boasts outstanding location, north of North Conway center so traffic is much better. Set out of the mainstream area but SO CLOSE. You get the best of quiet and access at the same time. Comfortably slept myself, my children, my brother his family and of course the birthday girl. Thank you to this host for being responsive and warm! Would recommend.

NOCO was amazing. Great MTB trails. House was in ideal neighborhood, quiet and close to town and trails. We had a great time. House is old and looks way better in pictures. No soap or shampoo provided so bring your own. None of the TVs worked. No firewood provided for fire pit.
