Large Mountain home with HOT TUB, arcade, frisbee golf, and more!

The house was perfect for the 10 members of our family. There was plenty of room to spread out. Do be aware that there is no air conditioning. For people that deal with breathing issues, this is something you should be aware of. The location of the house makes getting around Estes Park and to the national park convenient. We would stay here again.

Great location. Ideal for a large family. We had to reach out to the host once for a plumbing issue. It was resolved quickly. Some have mentioned it could use some updates. We were so busy exploring the area, that those things didn’t matter. We found it comfortable and well stocked, more than most short term rentals. We didn’t use the hot tub so I can’t comment on that. Check-out process was easy. I would book this property again, no hesitations.

Generally, a clean house in a quiet part of Estes. The house needs some basic maintenance care. Because the refrigerators couldn't maintain a proper temperature, we had some food loss. We contacted the host about it, and while they responded quickly, the suggested resolution did not solve the issue. The hot tub was good and clean. The game room was fun.

Great facility (as described), fantastic location, close to many Rocky Mountain National Park trails. Great communication by owners and their local assistant, Anna. Prompt replies and service.Saw many elk and mule deer on the property, even a large bear walking up the neighbor's driveway!Hot tub was a nice add. Kids loved the basement and provided arcade games, media room, etc.Only negatives were related to previously commented on (by previous guests) maintenance requirements not yet addressed: windows/shades not closing or working properly. Both provided box fans were broken. Insufficient amount of silverware, coffee cups, etc. for a group of 16. We were running the dishwasher multiple times each day.

A group of us were in town for a wedding, and this place was the perfect space for a larger group! Overall the house was perfect for 10 adults but it is a little run down. With some extra maintenance this would be a 10 star property!

We had a fantastic long weekend at this wonderful home. The kitchen was fully stocked with pots, pans, a griddle, and electric skillets, making meal preparation for 10 adults and 3 children under 7 a breeze. Although there were only three butter knives, there were plenty of sharper knives available. The basement theatre, game room, and arcade rooms were amazing, and we thoroughly enjoyed spending time there. We would definitely stay here again in the future!

The cabin was perfect for our family holiday getaway. Our family of ten had plenty of space to spread out and ample spaces to gather for movie night, game night, football watching and puzzles. Rooms and beds were comfortable. The location was perfect. It was a moment’s drive from all the favorite spots in Estes but off the beaten path to enjoy the quiet. We enjoyed our stay and highly recommend.

I didn’t get in the hot tub, but my family seemed to enjoy it. The kitchen was well equipped with the necessities of a kitchen.

Amenities were incredible. House was amazing. There was something for everyone.

The host didn't have the house stocked properly. Many of the items in the house were broken. Many of the light bulbs in the house were out. Looking at the reviews, sounds like the owner doesn't fix them. It was a lot to pay for a big house with so many missing and broken things.

The home has some maintenance issues that need to be addressed. The owner was very good at communicating and handling my concerns.

Amazing property! Very beautiful location about 10am from town (driving). Plenty of rooms and hang out areas and already talking about doing a big Thanksgiving with the whole family one year at this property. Only downside was some windows don’t open and the shades in the mater do not work so we had to use a hair clip to keep the shade open to let in fresh air

This home was perfect for adults and kids of all ages. It is very spacious with plenty of room to give the kids time and locations to play. We all loved the deer that frequented the yard each morning. The location was centrally located to all points of interest such as hiking, shopping and fun parks. We look forward to more family vacations here in Estes Park.

The large house we stayed in was the perfect size for our big family! The kids loved the theater room and the video room. There were deer outside of our house that we all enjoyed watching. Location was delightful. A few things could be improved upon, blinds in the master bedroom did not work. One of the big fans was broken, no containers to keep leftovers in. Overall, it’s a beautiful home and we had a fabulous time in Estes Park.

The spaciousness and amenities of the property were great. The video and game room kept the kids busy. The location is good. The kitchen was well stocked. However, when the property was handed over to us there were several safety issues (a door to a bedroom locked a person inside when it was closed, a row of theater seats were not bolted down so they flipped backwards when they were sat in - it is dark in the room so you couldn’t tell until you sat down, the sliding door to the deck and several windows still do not close nor lock. The deck has several issues with the grill, igniter button, deck surface, and lighting. The blue ray did not work in the theater room. There were no instructions for using the primary amenities of the property. The owners did respond quickly to a few of the liability problems even though it meant Sunday work for maintenance staff. They also were prompt in responding to requests regarding early entry, and regarding the availability of high chairs etc for the kids. Due to these safety issues and other general cleanliness issues we would not stay here again nor recommend it to those we know, especially considering the price for a week’s rental. Owners did not seem to be interested in suggestions for improvement. I guess we were supposed to assume no A/C because it was not listed versus having the listing say ‘no a/c’.

This house is spacious and clean. This home was perfect for our family vacation of 14. The kids loved the basement with video games/ table games and a theater. So much fun.

We rented two of this host’s properties for our wedding weekend, expecting a relaxing and celebratory stay with close friends and family. Unfortunately, the experience was filled with unnecessary stress, miscommunication, and false accusations. We did receive one noise complaint, and police came by once. We were respectful, spoke with the officers, and immediately quieted down. There were no further visits or issues, yet the host later claimed that police had come multiple times and said she was instructed to evict us — which was completely false and incredibly upsetting.Worse, the host insisted that only I (the bride) was allowed to communicate with her, and when a friend tried to help with a minor issue, she treated it as a violation. She called me at midnight the night before my wedding to threaten eviction — an incredibly inappropriate and stressful time to make such a call. I had no time to manage logistics or conflict resolution on my wedding day, and this added unnecessary emotional strain.We also dealt with a broken fridge and non-functioning AC, which made the stay physically uncomfortable. After we checked out, the host falsely accused us of breaking a toilet and ruining sheets, which we absolutely did not do. Thankfully, I had taken a video of the property before we left — and I highly recommend future guests do the same to protect themselves from similar false claims.

Nice place. Everything was exactly as advertised. Close to everything in Estes Park still with the remote feel. Nice place.

Location is pretty ideal - easy access to everything Estes Park has to offer, both the town and the national park, in a quiet neighborhood with regular visits from local fauna.However, the windows have broken handles, or don't close or open properly. Stairs to back porch are mildly dangerous and in need of replacement. Both common bathrooms were missing shower curtains and/or liners. Owner did not respond when queried. Had to buy our own replacements.None of that is that big of a deal, but it's bizarre for the money and it's trivial stuff to just take care of if you give a damn about your guests and their experience at your B&B.Overall we enjoyed our stay, but what we got was a place devoid of anything else. I think if I ran a Vrbo, I'd ensure that the bathrooms work fully, and that the house & grounds was reasonably well kept up, rather than looking like something I was running into the ground for maximum extraction.

This house was perfect for our family reunion. There was plenty of space for 16 people. The theater, arcade and hot tub were all a hit. The weather was good and we enjoyed sitting on the deck watching herds of elk stroll by. It's close to the shops in downtown Estes, RMNP and hiking trails. We all had a great time.

What an amazing home! Just gorgeous and so spacious. Perfect for our gathering of 12 people, and close to town. Loved all the wildlife!

Great place, communication with the owner was great. Comfortably had 3 couples and 4 singles with their own spaces. The only issue was the hot tub - it was 73 degrees when we arrived, so we did not get in until it heated over night.If you're planning to use the tub right away when you arrive, make sure to remind the owner that the hot tub needs to be serviced and heated the day before.

We came up to Estes as we have for the past 15 years to celebrate our son’s forever 16th birthday. We were very pleased at how spacious and beautiful this house was, including nice bedrooms. The kitchen needed updated pots and pans but that is due to high usage. Overall, the place was very accommodating.Thank you

We booked this for the amenities but we’re not available when we got there. The hot tub was 79 degrees.. master bedroom fireplace didn’t work. It was extremely icy in driveway and a person fell. We tried contacting owner first night but never got a response. Great area.. just wished we could have enjoyed the amenities.

Huge house, perfect location and comfortable beds but lots of updates are needed and TLC for this lovely home..carpets are dirty, lighting is not good, seems like so many things need to be fixed and cared for.

What a perfect location for a family gathering! There were 12 of us, ages 7 to 77. Plenty of bedrooms and bathrooms. Plenty of gathering places and fun places. Well stocked with lots of towels, blankets and pillows. The hot tub, movie theater, ping pong table and arcade were well used. Many of our family members didn’t want to leave the house! Easy access to downtown and the mountains

The house is very large and had plenty of space to sleep 14 people from three different families. There were some very minor issues with the property, but the owners were great at communicating and resolving anything that was required. The house is close to Estes Park and in the mountains enough that we had wild turkeys and deer walkthrough the yard while we were there.

We recommend this home if you have a large family. Seven bedrooms four bathrooms. Hot tub, which was great with deer around us. A lot of windows to see the deer roaming on the lawn. It’s only a six minute drive to downtown Estes Park. The kids loved the arcades in the basement, along with the ping-pong table and foosball table .

This property was clean,comfy beds, nice hot water and just all around beautiful. We had an amazing time!

Perfect house for our group in a beautiful area.

We had such a wonderful time here during our stay in Estes Park! We were a large party of 12, but there was plenty of space for everyone to feel comfortable. The couch in the living room was so comfy and could fit many of us! The house is very close to everything we wanted to do in Estes, including downtown shopping, the Stanley Hotel, RMNP, coffee shops, breweries & more. There was so much wildlife around the house, it was beautiful. We came during Elk rut season, so lots of Elk roaming nearby! We were also very happy with the cleanliness. Check in and check out were both very easy processes. Would absolutely stay here again!

Our family gathering is always a wonderful time. Choosing to go to Estes Park in the fall was marvelous even though Estes Park was crowded with tourists during that time. This home was chosen for its many bedrooms, large eating space, and outdoor access. The home was very clean with comfortable beds and nice linens. We felt more dishes and glassware would have been useful for a group this large. We did loose internet service for a time and there were a couple of other small issues.
