Large luxury mountain home @ base of Pikes Peak, private heated pool & hot tub

This beautiful home was magical! It was perfect for our big family of 8 adults and 6 kids! The entire house was so well appointed. The kids loved swimming in the heated pool and hot tub. There were so many unique places to sleep…our grandkids slept in a different spot every night. There is even a secret room that they enjoyed playing in. The owner was a dream! She made sure everything was perfect for our stay! We loved every minute of our stay!

We took our family to this amazing home in Cascade, CO. Linne was amazing and so accommodating. Their home is absolutely beautiful! We spent Thanksgiving there. They have a heated pool and hot tub. Children enjoyed the pool so much and the adults loved the hot tub. It was very clean and just as described....only better! This was an excellent place for our family.

Property is conveniently located to many nearby attractions. On-site amenities kept everyone in our group entertained. Linne was very accommodating and easy to communicate with. Thank you, Linne and James for your hospitality.

Check in was easy. Host allowed early arrivals to drop luggage so we could grocery shop while they finished cleaning.Kitchen well appointed and had everything you would need for meals for large groups.

Wonderful home for family reunion We had 4 children ages 5-9 and they all loved it!

Linne was super great to work with and very accommodating whenever possible. The location is great and we loved just hanging out at the pool, hiking, Garden of the Gods, etc. There were 16 of us ranging in age from 18 months to 64 years old. The only unusual thing is there are 3 beds up a fairly steep ladder in a loft. We had 2 teenagers and a six year old sleeping there. Lots of games available and a good sized, well stocked kitchen. Nice living room for family movie nights.

Our seven year old’s comment upon our arrival was “this house is a dream house”. The house was the complete package for our family of 14 on vacation. Supplies you don’t normally see in a short term rental were in abundance. Linne, the host, is a delight to deal with and very accommodating. Best VRBO we have ever used (honestly).

Our group of 15 adults loved staying in this property and we were easily able to place each adult in their own bed with extras that went unused. The best part about this property was honestly the host/property manager, Linne. Linne was so welcoming and spent a long time chatting and speaking with me over the phone to ensure we were ready for our stay. We have stayed as a group in VRBOs across the country for our annual board meeting and this was the best we have had in communication with the property manager. The pool and hot tub were perfect. The secret room was a hit even for adults to sleep in (if they don’t mind the low ceiling). All the beds were very comfortable. Every common space was perfect for everyone to interact with each other. The views from the great room with the windows are stunning. The only thing I would have improved would be an additional door on the play room where there are beds to ensure more privacy, but other than that, everything was seriously perfect and better than expected. I would 100% stay here again. Thank you, Linne, for all that you did for our group! Every surface, bathroom, and bedroom was immaculate - the cleaning was so well done. Thank you!

Our stay here could not have been better, at all! The house was perfectly stocked with everything we needed, including toys, games, and art supplies for the kids and adults alike. The owners went beyond expectations by setting up a Christmas tree and even allowed our grandchildren the opportunity to set up a Christmas village using their decorations! We were all comfortable and thoroughly enjoyed our time here.

The house and location are beautiful, and the house could not be more family-friendly. From the pool, to the large selection of toys, the game room, the secret room, the spaciousness of the house... I can't say enough good about the property. If we're ever back in Colorado Springs, we'll definitely stay here again!

Location was perfect. Easy access to countless activities and points of interest. Enjoyed the pool, hot tub and large kitchen. Our granddaughter loved the playroom stocked with toys. Linne, the host was very friendly and accommodating. Loved it.

Summertime in Colorado is a beautiful time especially when we were able to stay at this property. Host is wonderful and responsive to questions and house is beautiful with fun activities.

My sister and I wanted to re-create vacations our parents used to take our families on now that our kids have kids. Great spaces for all of us to be together - and apart! The kitchen is incredibly well-stocked. Multiple plates, glasses, appliances, spices etc. including plastic ware for poolside drinking and dining. The view is spectacular! Linne was very responsive when we had any questions. One thing to be aware of: it states that 22 people can stay here, which is probably true. That said, if you're adults/couples be prepared for sharing sleeping spaces. We figured it out, but two couples did share a room. There is a triple bunk bed, but it's in the room with games, a fooseball table and next to the billiards room. Like I said, we figured it out and it was fine but folks should just be aware when booking. We all loved our stay and felt very at home!

This place had it all from views, the pool, games and game room, open floor plan and space for everyone! Highly recommend this place if you have a large family! The host was amazing and went above and beyond our entire trip for anything we needed or had questions on. We will definitely be back for another trip!

We had a wonderful family vacation in this well thought out and appointed home. Our group ranged in age from 75 to 5 and there were games, puzzles,toys,for all. Of course the heated pool and hot tub added to the fun. Home was very clean and the large kitchen was a fun gathering spot come evening as everyone gathered and cooked together. Location made for easy access to many sights. Linne was a dream to work with. She promptly and thoughtfully responded to our questions. We left with wonderful memories of our stay.

Exterior of house is a little older but the interior is GREAT! Loved the the pool table and game room Even has a secret room in the loft!!
