We've visited this house for several years for a family vacation. Very reasonable for it's size. Small kitchen space, nice to see the updated appliances. Lots of space for shared space and privacy if your teens need to get away for a while. Exploring the lake with kayaks is entertaining, loons are seen. Side trips to the White Mts. or Wolfeboro are within a short drive.
This was an amazing house for a big gathering.Because of Covid we spent most of our vacation sitting on the decks and dock.Everyone loved it and we hope to go back next year!
Simplistic property... felt like a bit like overnight summer camp back in my youth. It's probably not for everyone... it def wasn't for some of my family. But once everyone got settled in... we all had a great time. If I had one request it would be to have some better lighting... It gets pitch-black out in the backyard and dock. It was also tough to play board games and such out on the porch... because of the lack of lighting. The highlight of the trip was seeing our kids enjoying their youth and interacting with each other rather than burying themselves into their usual electronics.
This house was perfect for our group of family and friends to relax for the week. Sitting on the screen porch at night listening to the loons, relaxing on the beautiful dock, and just hanging out. Teens loved the swim dock offshore and the upstairs loft bedroom. We enjoyed our time in this beautiful camp and could tell it is a much loved spot with lots of family history! Thank you!
