Incredibly comfortable home located in the heart of Tavernier Key Mile Marker 90.

Large home featuring incorporated downstairs kitchen, family room, and dining area. Upstairs, enjoy a master bedroom with a large balcony that overlooks the water. There are two other bedrooms upstairs. One has a queen bed and the other, full size bunk beds. The fourth room is a cozy family room that has a full-size futon and a twin XL futon leading to the balcony that doubles as an office.

The house has a brand-new hot tub. Enjoy your mornings on the fantastic, screened porch on upstairs balcony. Downstairs patio is large and prime for outdoor cooking and entertaining.

Deep water canal with 50 feet of concrete dock (up to 100 feet of dock available). House comes with 4 kayaks to explore the cove. Waterfront gas station to fuel up your boat one canal over.

Private neighborhood boat ramp and beach access included.

Walking distance to grocery store and several restaurants.

The bayside location of this home goes to a wonderful cove that is perfect for watersports, snorkeling, or just floating in the bay. A 15-minute boat ride away from the world-famous Islamorada Sand Bar. Home is located between Tavernier Creek and Snake Creek for quick offshore ocean access. Many great waterfront restaurants that are minutes away by boat to this house.

Three miles away from Founders Community Park: which has a beach, dog park, boat ramp, and large pool with water slide and diving boards. Additionally, they host many activities throughout the year.

Home is perfectly equipped for Keys living, just bring your flops and bathing suits.

    Everything about this place was wonderful - the house was well set up with everything you could need and more- the best of any rental we have ever had. The house is beautiful, and the rooms are large with lots of closet space for our long-term stay. The location was superb - close to food and drug stores, yet the neighborhood was quiet and the neighbors so friendly. I run and my husband bikes and the location near old US 1 made a perfect place for our morning exercises. We made good use of the hot tub and kayaks as well. As a renter in Islamorada, we were also able to get guest passes to nearby Founders Park, a local park with a lovely beach. And we so enjoyed communicating with the owner, Sonia – she is just wonderful and so responsive to any correspondence. She even left a bottle of Champagne for my birthday. This place deserves much more than 5 stars! We will be back!!

    This house was amazing. The host was amazing they would help you in anyway they could the Jacuzzi outback was awesome. I love the fact that I could put my 35 boat foot outback. Deft going again found our fav home in the keys. The neighbors are awesome friendly people and it’s fish. In heaven we caught a lot of fish and we shared it with our neighbors and had some great times and memories. Thank you guys so much we will definitely be back. And our dogs loved the fenced in yard all around the house room to park your boat trailer!!!

    Great place, excellent location close to everything in upper keys by land or by water. Lots of dockage with fuel and service just around the corner. Enjoyed it.
