Stayed Dec 23, 2025The host was accommodating. Although they do not decorate for Christmas due to this being the off season for them, they allowed us to do so. The house was cleaned and ready early so they even allowed us early check in. The house was great for our large family group for our Christmas mini-vacation. The livingroom and dining room stays much warmer than the bedrooms so keep that in mind before going to bed.

Stayed Jul 24, 2025Very nice. There was room for a large group to gather and to share a meal. There is a great view of that part of Greers Ferry Lake. It was easy to find and was accurately described in the listing. I highly recommend this house.

Stayed Jul 3, 2025Overall great stay. Everyone had plenty of space with the kids mostly enjoying the downstairs area. The large dining area was a wonderful way to spend evening meals together with all 14 of us. The views are awesome. Lots of parking, home was clean and A/C worked well. Kitchen got cramped if there were too many cooks in it ! The only drawback was access to the water but I believe that is being addressed soon. We had a great time!

Stayed Mar 21, 2025Our whole family really enjoyed it. The little boys (3 under 10) could play safely outside with the fencing in place. Had a bald Eagle visit us right off the porch that we thought was especially for us. Our Papa (husband) went to heaven on 2/15 so we felt his presence.

Stayed Aug 23, 2024This house was great set up for our trip! The kids did have their own space downstairs. The master bath was NOT clean but the others were. This would be perfection if two masters didn't share a bathroom in between. That was strange for couples

Stayed Apr 5, 2024My family stayed here in April of 2024. The house is beautiful and served our needs completely! The owner is responsive and helpful. The house is spacious, and the view is spectacular! Very secluded, quiet escape from life. Everyone in our family group wants to come back for another stay at this house. April was a lovely time to come, not too hot, not too cold, and all the shrubbery in the area bursting into bloom! One member of our party uses a wheelchair. We found the house to be very accessible from outside (one very low step) and as long as your person can step into a shower, the master shower works well (bring your own shower chair or stool). Three bedrooms on the main level to choose from without having to use stairs.
