Large House in Scarborough near the beach, Large Garden & 7 seat Hot Tub

House was warming

The property has great potential but was dirty and had cobwebs in a number of areas. The bins in the kitchen were dirty and we were left with one tea towel and no spare bin liners. Walls in the bedroom on the first floor were dirty and in need of a coat of paint. The ceiling in the bedroom was also flaking. Curtains hardly fit the windows and the shower curtain in the main bathroom was filthy.Much of the crockery was mismatched and chipped . The hot tub had sediment in the bottom

A very large roomy property in a quiet location with ample off road parking. A well equipped kitchen with a clean oven/hob and fridge. The property is extremely tired with the carpets/curtains/soft furnishings/bedding and towels all in need of replacing. The hot tub wasn’t very clean and there was dog poo in various places on the lawn. There was no hand wash, bin liners or washing up liquid and sponges with only one tea towel and dish cloth provided. The owner stated in his email that these items would be provided and if anything was needed to contact him, however we required them as soon as we arrived especially the hand wash. Therefore we had to go and purchase them ourselves.

Overall enjoyed our stay. Loved the hot tub. Beds were comfy. The house was well equipped and well supplied with all the essentials. It was in a good location not far from the italian gardens and lovely views of scarborough bay. Only downside we found the sofas quite uncomfortable which was a shame as everything else was good.

We all loved the location and how spacious the house is. We were also impressed by how well equipped the kitchen is. But with the exception of one bedroom, the beds were incredibly uncomfortable and desperately need new mattresses. The house is lovely but generally looks tired and is in need of a facelift. The same can be said of the garden and the garden furniture as its present condition is not at all inviting.

We rented this property to celebrate my husbands 60th birthday. The house had everything we needed and we all had a really good time. Unfortunately the weather wasn't kind though :(

Easy to book, House in Great quiet location no noisy people lots of free parking space ,5 minutes walk to a spectacular view of Scarborough and a great spacious house for a big family ,would definitely recommend 👍

The house itself is a beautifully large home with a lovely garden, it could use a little bit of redecorating but it is clean and made a pleasant base for our stay. Location was amazing was it is really close to lovely walks along the beach. If you have anyone with a wheelchair or walking difficulties then please be mindful that there are steep hills and steps down to the beach, or there is a bus conveniently located on the main road

Large house, plenty of space and had everything we needed. If we needed anything we were able to contact Darren and received a quick response. Couldn’t fault anything. Hot tub was a great bonus as well
