-In a fantastic location, beach down the end of the road and a short bike ride to cafes, restaurants, pubs or check out the gourmet night markets on Thursday nights (2km).
-Fully fenced so great for children and pets.
-Short drive to Papamoa Hills for a picnic and great views
-Private lawn and bbq area. We have great outdoor setting, including an outdoor lounge suit and umbrella which are great for enjoying the sunshine and relaxing outside. The garden is a nice place with a lot of trees and a fire pit to relax. The bbq is available to use.
-The house is set up with everything you need and comfortably decorated. It has a nice indoor/outdoor flow, the lounge opens into the back yard and the kitchen has sliding windows that also open into the bbq area/ back yard.
-We have a TV with Netflix and chrome cast, so you can play off your phone.
-Heat pump, air con, dishwasher are all available.
-It's a nice flat bike ride along Papamoa Beach Rd to our local cafes, restaurants and pubs.
-Mountain bike tracks 10 mins up the road in Summer Hills or 45 mins to Rotorua.
-Surfboard is also available.
-The Domain is also not too far away. The Domain is the main beach area outside the surf lifesaving club, also located there is a night market, nice restaurant called Blue Bi You and Papamoa Beach Tavern.
-The Mount is 15 minutes drive for boutique shopping
-The house is child friendly, if wheelchair access is required please inquire.

At this stage for the New Years period we are only accepting bookings for groups over 25 years or families. For larger families we are happy to discuss the per person charge.
