Stayed Jul 14, 2024a great spot with easy access to beach, Papamoa shops and a short bus ride or drive to the Mount. Kitchen was well appointed but could use a bit more crockery and pots and pans for cooking to suit six including 2 hungry teens. And the tech to make the TV work to full potential was a bit beyond my expertise. But overall a great experience and greatly enjoyed. Highly recommend.
