Stayed Apr 6, 2026This is a great house: comfortable, well-appointed spaces inside and a nice outdoor pool area. We enjoyed using the pool table in the game room and the workout equipment in the gym. The house is surprisingly well-stocked, especially the kitchen. It's in a nice neighborhood next to a big park with walking trails. The owner Monte was super responsive and helpful. We plan to stay here again when we are back in Austin.

Stayed Mar 29, 2026The house was laid out very nicely and worked well for our group of six—we had plenty of space, and the seating could easily accommodate up to ten people comfortably.However, there were a few downsides. The pool and hot tub (more like a mini pool) are not heated, which was disappointing. The kitchen felt old and outdated, and we did notice ants during our stay. There were also several small maintenance issues throughout the home. For example, the dresser in the downstairs master bedroom was low quality with broken handles, and some doorways could use touch-ups.Overall, we did enjoy our time, but given the price point, it didn’t feel like the best value for the money.

Stayed Feb 13, 2026I wish we could leave more than five stars. We so enjoyed our time in the spacious, thoughtfully appointed home. The location was perfect for us, close to great walking trails, groceries, restaurants, and the family we were visiting. The backyard, with pool, comfy furniture space for our pooch to do a bit of sniffing, got used for family vìsiting, a cooling dip, meals, quiet time in the morning.

Stayed Jun 5, 2025Very spacious house with awesome backyard area. The pool was well maintained and the house was well stocked with towels, kitchen supplies, laundry supplies, games and pickleball supplies, speaker etc. We definitely enjoyed our stay and Monte quickly responded to all questions/communications.
