Large Home Perfectly Located!! Walking distance to the beach and downtown.

Host was excellent and communicates proactively, amenities exceeded expectations, location is perfect.

Host was very responsive and helpful. She came to fix the stairs when they were broken on arrival, and she replaced the empty propane on the grill. Only 4 adult beach passes included with the rental. No A/C in one bedroom, but the others were fine. Well equipped with kitchen items and a couple small beach umbrellas and beach chairs.

There were 17 of us who stayed here, and we had the best time! The house was perfect and the host was the most accommodating. She made the visit so special. The house is very close to the beach and Asbury Park. I cannot wait to stay here again!

Host was excellent. She was responsive and thoughtful in her provisions albeit skimpy (not enough soap or towels). The furnishings were pretty poor- it felt like the furniture was purchased at garage sales. The sofas were soiled and main living furniture was quite outdated. The neighborhood was not great, especially for $1200.00 a night. That said, it was a convenient walk to the beach. The house was clean and smelled fresh upon entering. I would never stay here again, however, at this rate. It was very overpriced.

My group and I had a wonderful stay at this property. Host was quick to respond to any messages and the property has everything you need to have a great time at the shore. Would definitely return here with my group!

This house was spacious, clean and new! We booked this house for a wedding weekend in Asbury and it was perfectly located to the restaurants and beach.

Wonderful, we’ll appointed house with everything you need for the beach just a few blocks away. And games in case of rain. Small yard with plenty of chairs for barbecue or hanging out. 6 big beds + pull out sofa (great living room with lots of sofas for relaxing); very clean; nice amenities (coffee, sugar, some spices, plenty of air conditioning, water). Highly recommend.

My friends and I stayed for a weekend - the house was super clean, Solaidad was so nice and responsive to any questions I had, and the location was perfect - right in the middle of Asbury park, walking distance to everything.

Awesome stay. We were here for two nights and loved being right by the beach!

This was a great house in a sweet neighborhood with so much in walking distance (coffee shops, grocery, beach). House was super clean and exactly as shown in pictures. A perfect spot for our family reunion!
