Stayed Sep 23, 2024There was plenty of room for all of us to spread out and enjoy cooking, playing games & visiting with each other. We would have liked the river to be a little deeper but we were able to cool off in pockets of water. The outside areas were very enjoyable and we would stay here again.

Stayed Aug 30, 2024We had a great time. 18 people all ages, and we all had a comfortable bed to sleep in. This place has everything you need. Being right on the river is the best part of this house. The home is well cared for with lots of bedding, towels, and every kitchen amenity. We loved our stay!

Stayed Aug 5, 2024Our small homeschool co-op (5 moms, 11 kids) stayed for a few days to kickoff our school year. Nothing like school in the river! Plenty of beds and bathrooms and hood lounging space in living area.

Stayed Aug 1, 2024We had a wonderful time at the Frio River Oasis. The house is large and very accommodating for big groups of people. The kitchen is incredibly well stocked with all the pots and pans you could ever need. They even supplied a coffee pot and a coffee grinder and a keurig! There’s lots of room to spread out inside and comfortable seating in the living room. There are indoor and outdoor games and the wifi worked great for us. The absolute best thing is the proximity to the river- it is right out the back door! Property manager was very responsive. I highly recommend this place!

Stayed Nov 10, 2023Great place to stay with a group of motorcyclists. We had a total of 12 bikers along to ride the scenic hill country and the Twister Sisters. This place was perfect for a home base. Everyone had plenty of room, beds and bathrooms. Nothing especially fancy about this place, but they got the basics down very well. 10/10 would recommend. Thank you!
