Stayed Jul 30, 2021New house with large open spaces for gathering. Didn’t like that it was listed located in Roosevelt but really was Duchesne. Owner tried to correct listed address.

Stayed Oct 25, 2025Home was fine. Had a pipe burst less than 40 hours before we arrived... Carpets were a bit wet and there was a musty, mildew smell. Host was very communicative and up-front about the issue... offered to fully refund, but we were too close to our trip to make different arrangements. I would still recommend this home. Should be totally fine once the host has an opportunity to clean it fully.

Stayed Jan 22, 2024Great place to stay. Sent multiple requests through Vrbo to add a few days to rental with no response. Finally called the host directly and he stated he never received the requests from Vrbo and couldn't accommodate the extra days. Also. never received check-in information until I called host again. Good thing he answers his phone!

Stayed Aug 10, 2023This is a new home. No landscaping on outside. Lots of prickly weeds, so no place for children to run around outside. If you are OCD or a perfectionist do not stay here. Bad decore! One mirror in master bath between both sinks. The other bathrooms mirror is set way to high. I am 5'5 and could hardly see below my nose. The game room was amazing. The beds were comfortable. Plenty of room for a big family or sevaral couples.

Stayed Apr 9, 2023There are not a lot of choices around Roosevelt so we were fortunate to find this place and had a great time. It was clean, well kept and spacious.

Stayed Oct 6, 2022The reservation & modification to add time was easy/smooth. Check in was very simple. The house was very clean, open & comfortable. My friends & I spent most of our time hunting, so we didn’t really have time to use the game room. Coming back to a house with a kitchen & separate bedrooms/bathrooms was a nice change from hotel rooms and wall-tents.,
