Beautiful home, even better than the pictures. We had 12 people for a family vacation. Plenty of room inside and outside. Home was well stocked for all of our needs including nice beach chairs. Location was great, close to multiple beaches, ferry to Block Island, Galilee, food markets, and liquor stores. Reasonable drive to Newport for Mansion tours, restaurants, tourist shops. Went golfing, did a fishing charter, rail biking, Fresh Lobster bake. We truly enjoyed our stay and highly recommend this home.

Everything we could possibly want and need was available to us. Property was clean and roomy. We had a wonderful stay.

This home and host are amazing! So beautiful and peaceful (yet minutes from Narragansett beaches, restaurants, and more). Robin was very helpful answering my questions when booking. Highly recommend.

Everything was wonderful except that there was no body soap or body wash, would have brought it had we known.

Had a great experience and would definitely stay at this property again! The host was very responsive and quick to answer questions. The house has a lot of space with great sized bedrooms and comfortable beds. Perfect for a going to the beach because the house comes with beach towels, chairs, and umbrellas.

Outstanding place. Can’t recommend it highly enough. Clean, quality throughout, from the furniture to the beds to the kitchen appointments. Cable TV which you don’t always get. Great location, walk to town.

Perfect for large families with plenty of living space and bedrooms. Clean with plenty of linens and towels. Kitchen well stocked. Communication with Robin was smooth and timely.

The house was great! They had everything we needed to go to the beach. Plenty of space for all 10 of us. We will definitely come back!

We absolutely loved staying here for my bachelorette weekend! The house itself had plenty of space for 10 people, was clean and conveniently located near the Narragansett beaches, downtown Wakefield and Newport. Robin the property manager was also very communicative the week of our stay which made for an easy check in. Couldn't have asked for a better place to celebrate with my friends and would definitely consider renting it again for another girls trip.

This house was absolutely amazing! It was spotless, beautifully decorated, and had everything we needed for a comfortable and fun stay. The beds were super comfy, the kitchen was fully stocked, and the outdoor space was perfect for relaxing. We didn’t want to leave! Highly recommend and would 100% stay here again.

Just stayed here for my bachelorette weekend! There were 15 girls and it was absolutely perfect. There was PLENTY of space and everything was very clean. The beds were all comfortable. The amount of bathrooms was perfect for the amount of girls we had! We also loved the outside shower after a day at the beach. There was tons of parking which was very convenient. Close by lots of things. 30 min Uber drive to Newport! Highly recommend for bachelorette trips or any large group!

We had family and friends (staying in this home) ranging in age from 6 years of age to 75. The property accommodated all of us comfortably. The space was perfect for our large family reunion. The garden area was wonderful for the children, and there was plenty of room for us to be indoors and outdoors as needed. The only disadvantage was the lack of a bedroom on the main floor for my aunt with cancer. There were plenty of sheets, blankets, pillows, and towels to accommodate our large group. The two extra large dining room tables, and the three outdoor tables were wonderful to accommodate our large group as well. However, we are a family that loved to cook, and there was not one decent frying pan! I think that would be a worthwhile investment- to buy a couple of different sizes. Lastly there wasn’t a brush for washing dishes and I ended up needing to use a washcloth from upstairs-but we purchased a package while we were there. Other than that, I highly recommend the home, the accommodations and the location! Thank you so very much. PS the refrigerator started beeping nonstop for the last two days, which was quite frustrating. The folks that cleaned the house said that the breaker in the basement needed to be switched and it would have turned off the noise. Maybe a note can be left ( explaining this procedure) for folks who stay there in the future..

We stayed with our entire family and were so comfortable. Plenty of space with room left over. It was perfect. The day after my sons wedding we had family over and a cookout. The backyard was so nice. Shaded and full of activities. I could not recommend this place enough. We will definitely be returning.

As soon as we all pulled up to the house, we are thrilled, the house, exterior an interior looked exactly as the photos. The house was clean and beautiful, keys were where they were supposed to be, lots of room to hang out and chat, beds comfortable-- a gorgeous and easy place to be.

It was very nice place to stay with friends and family. Robin is such a nice lady showing me around!
