This beautiful home is in a great location near Crystal Beach, which places you within 4 minute walking distance to the dazzling emerald hued waters of the gulf as well as near restaurants, shopping, lively bars and family amusements.

The swimming pool is 16’x32’ which is extra large compared to the other pools in the neighborhood. Pool heating is available for an additional charge of $50/day. There are three large patios with lots and lots of outdoor furniture, a foosballtable and table tennis. It doesn’t stop there, you have plenty of furniture to enjoy the sun! There is a 8 seater couch, 6 person outdoor dining table, 2 person bar, 4 chaise lounges and a day bed near the swimming pool. There is a 75 inch TV in the covered patio as well!

The furnishings and amenities at this home seamlessly blend a contemporary modern look with comfortable country casual furnishings. Your family can feel at home here and the vibrant colorful décor will remind you that you are indeed on a beach vacation. This property has four bedrooms and may accommodate up to 12 guests.

Beautiful etched glass doors lead into the Great Room with a set of couches at one end facing a 75 inch flat screen TV, with another sleeper couch with a chaise in front of the electric fireplace. The modern kitchen includes stainless steel appliances and a side by side refrigerator. The bright cabinetry has plenty of room for all your provisions and is richly accented by an ebony black countertop. Double wide arched portals lead into a formal dining room with seating beneath a charming European styled chandelier. A comfortable bedroom is on the first floor with a king sized bed and access to a full hall bath. 

The spacious Master Bedroom has a private bath en suite with a brand new jetted tub, an elegant four posted king bed and an opulent trayed ceiling above. French doors lead out to a breezy balcony overlooking the pool. The other bedroom was designed for kids with bunks with a flat screen TV. Through the balcony, you can walk to a cheerful studio apartment which has a king bed and is the 4th bedroom of the house. It has a kitchenette, brand new refrigerator, a queen sized sleeper sofa, a king sized bed and a full bathroom. The bathroom floors throughout the house have European style tiles which captivate your eyes.

This convenient location is close to Destin Commons with abundant specialty shops, restaurants, bars and an AMC movie theater. Many popular nationally known restaurants are also located here. Popular beachside restaurants are also minutes away including Beachwalk, Camille's and 790 on the Gulf. Family amusements are also nearby at The Track and Big Kahuna's giant Water Park.

Bonus: There are four 65 inch TVs and two 75 inch TVs in the house!

Note: Security camera is at the entrance facing the main doors, actively recording 24x7.

House rules: 1) The swimming pool is extra large and deep. No diving into the pool. Use the swimming pool at your own risk.
2) Any minors using the swimming pool needs to be under the supervision of an adult at all times.
3) Strict No-Smoking policy anywhere inside the house and the porches. $500 fine for smoking.
