Stayed Dec 26, 2025Sick place for rowdy get together with college friends. We had a wonderful time! The living room had enough seating for 18 people when we had friends over. The block was poppin with bars, shows, and activities in the neutral ground!

Stayed Dec 31, 1969Perfect house for my big group of friends visiting Nola for their post-covid shutdown reunion! It slept our group of 10 people very comfortably and had a very laid back feel like the house itself is one of the neighborhood bars on the block. Great front porch too!

Stayed Dec 20, 2018We were a bit concerned when our shuttle bus driver started talking smack about the area of town we were staying and coming in at night didn't help. It is a rather sketchy looking area of town, but we found the neighbors to be really nice and the location was convenient to walking to trolley and most places. We had absolutely no issues with the place and had 15 family members aged 11 to 83 all staying together. We totally enjoyed ourselves and Graham even made sure we had more silverware and glasses. He even got out his Christmas tree for our use. Great spot that doesn't cost an arm and a leg and within a two mile walk of French Quarter.

Stayed Dec 31, 1969My buddies were coming down to nola to celebrate for a weekend. We had issues with another booking and needed last second housing for a very large group... I had stayed here a year ago knew it was a perfect fit. I reached out and Graham responded right away, and got us checked in within the hour. The house was very clean, in a great location on a busy corner by bars/restaurants, filled with instruments to jam on, and had a great front porch. It was ideal for a large group of guys to stay and party and not have to worry too much about noise or damaging anything excessively fancy. Would def recommend for large group of guys to have a blast in NOLA

Stayed Dec 31, 1969Stayed here with a large group of guys celebrating the end of our friend's single life and had a blast. House was huge and host was very chill. Great bars nearby and quick uber ride to the French Quarter.

Stayed Dec 31, 1969Awesome place. Great proximity to Frenchmen and literally right next door to a cool bar with a ton of beers on tap and delicious bar bites. Would definitely recommend staying there for those in need of lots of beds and a great time.

Stayed Dec 31, 1969Graham was an awesome host and this an awesome pad conducive to spending a weekend partying and having a blast with a large group of friends. It's listed as 10 people maximum, but can sleep many many more comfortably. It's huge! It's also on a busy street corner next to restaurants and bars with an awesome front porch - we felt like we could have a great time and not bother any neighbors/locals which is something I try and be conscious of when traveling with a large group of guys and part of the reason I booked. The bars and restaurants right around it are stellar, as well as the neighborhood being so awesome we hardly ended up even going to the French Quarter, which was totally walkable (tho none of us were down to do much walking in the heat). Great stay and would definitely book again! Thanks Graham!
