Large Family Townhome, AC, Great WiFi, Pool, Game Room, Grill, & Screened Porch

Great place to bring a big family. Plenty of bedrooms . Kids had plenty of games to play and keep them busy. Plenty of restaurants and shopping with in 1 mile from house. I would definitely recommend.

The property was very spacious and clean.

Has different levels where you can look down on lower living room. Location down town. Problem: two queen beds up spiral staircase open cathedral ceiling all the way down two flrs is open. No walls.

We had a great family weekend! Home is very spacious, lots of amenities, fully stocked kitchen with lots of pots, pans, cooking utensils,etc., which allowed our party of 8 to enjoy morning breakfast and dinners all together! I highly recommend this rental to anyone, we enjoyed it so much!

We had a great stay. The host could not have been better with communication. The house has everything you need and more. Great location right near the outlets. Close to restaurants, town center and Storyland! We had a fantastic visit and will definitely be back!

Great location about 2 mile from North Conway center, very clean pool you need to bring chairs, the house is huge and can comfortably accommodate a large family. Very clean and has everything you need. We had 4 adults and a Shiba, she loved the porch. Outdoor areas were great to have but would benefit from a little update. Lorna was accommodating and very responsive. We had a wonderful stay and I would recommend the property.

We loved our stay. Unit was large, clean, and had everything you could think of for your stay. Great location, close to everything.We loved it and will be booking this property again for our next stay in N. Conway.

The townhome is spacious and clean. While not “fancy” it is decorated nicely and there are plenty of kitchen items. Grocery stores are nearby as well. The water pressure and temperature was spot on. There is easy access to restaurants and shopping. Can walk to a Dunkin’ fairly easily. There is a huge book of pamphlets and info on places to visit.The owner responds to questions and sends lots of information via email before the trip. It was a fun week and nice to have this place to go “home” to at the end of a busy day.

Overall, this place was great. The location is perfect and there is plenty of space to spread out. It came very well equipped as well-hand soap, paper towels, etc. The only call out is that the 4th bedroom with 2 full beds is in the loft, which is only accessible by a very narrow spiral staircase. This proved to be too tricky for both the younger kids as well as my 65 year old mother. The stairs in the place overall are pretty narrow as well-just something to keep in mind for little kids or older adults. But we had a great stay!

The property was conveniently located near outlet shopping mall and grocery store. There was plenty of space for our family of 7 to spread out. The kitchen and household supplies were fully stocked. I reached out to the owner once and received a quick response. Will definitely stay here again!

We really enjoyed our stay, the only complaint we had was the lack of air conditioning in the bedrooms and no pool chairs, but everything else was great. Location was the best! Lorna couldn’t have been nicer!

The pros and the cons. First the pros. You can bring your dog. convenient yard and woods for a walk. You can set up croquet in the yard adjacent to the condo. Very well located in the center of north Conway in a very nice, developed group of condos. Great for ski enthusiasts and shoppers. this condo is the end unit in a building of 5 units. there are 3 buildings in all. Luckily there were very few occupants during our visit. The unit was very clean everything worked as promised, well supplied kitchen, bath, bedrooms. Good quality air mattress that we used. Spacious design. We did not feel crowded. The Cons: There is a Home Depot directly behind the condo that is hidden well by trees but noisy at night with trucking delivery. The bedroom mattress in the bottom floor needs to be replaced. The kitchen was tight for our family of 8 although well supplied. The parking is somewhat inconvenient.
