The second floor provides four additional bedrooms and an additionalfull bathroom with a combination tub-shower. The first bedroom offers one twin bed, the second bedroom offers one twin bed, the third bedroom has a queen bed and the forth bedroom has three twin beds.

The house is set on a corner lot surrounded by plenty of large trees offering an abundance of privacy. There is a nice attached deck in the back yard to enjoy meals or gatherings outdoors.

The house is located by a popular fresh water pond, but the house is also only under a mile from Eastham's largest bay beaches, First Encounter Beach. And the Rail Trail Bike Path is only one half mile away via Crosby Village Road, and if you prefer the Atlantic ocean you will find Coast Guard Beach just 3.4 miles away. The Eastham Library and Windmill Green and Bandstand is less than 1.5 miles away. Orleans center is approximately 3.5 miles away and Wellfleet Cinemas, Drive-In, and Wellfleet Audubon are less than 5 miles away.
