Stayed May 8, 2026This property was perfect. We were 30 seconds from The Field of Dreams where our Lacrosse tournament was. Very clean and functional house. Would stay here again

Stayed Apr 6, 2026Had a great stay. House was in a convenient location between Sandpoint and local family. Our kids loved having a park across the street. The kitchen was stocked well to make meals and the place was very clean! Had one issue with the garage door toward the end of the stay which is the only reason it got 4 stars.

Stayed Mar 20, 2025This place was perfect for our yearly ski trip. Easily accommodated 6 adults. The house is new with all new furnishings. Very well equipped with everything we needed. Garage access was nice for our ski stuff. The address did show up on maps but the directions got us there easily.

Stayed May 30, 2024We needed a place to stay near Sandpoint as we were visiting some friends of the family for a few days. This place was perfect. It's a newly constructed two story 4 bedroom, 2.5 bath home located in Ponderay. The home was spotless and everything was brand new. There was a fully equipped kitchen, as well as a washer and dryer. There was a Walmart located nearby. We were able to drive up to Schweitzer Mountain.
