Fairway Retreat with Hot Tub on the Golf Course

This was a perfect house for our stay in Sandpoint. Easy access to everything. Tons of room. Even better than the pictures. Super spacious. Definitely would stay there again

These is a lovely property right off the golf course with gas BBQ and a hot tub! The listing says it sleeps 10 and we found it difficult to sleep 6 adults (3 couples) comfortably. There is a very comfortable king size bed in one room and a queen bed in another. The third bedroom had a bunk bed with a double on the bottom and a twin on top. The office had a small couch that folded flat to sleep one more. So being very generous I would say it only sleeps 8. The kitchen was well stocked and the living/family room was huge. Nice large oval dining table with 8 chairs. Very nice extra large flat screen TV with surround sound! We had a wonderful time in Sand Point and plan to visit again soon.

Great place to spend the weekend. Hot tub was nice, and right on the third hole of the golf course. Would stay again!

Another excellent family get together with my sons & daughter-in-law & their friends. This home works so well with space for everyone. The hot tub is a great end to the day, very relaxing. The host answers any question within half an hour or less! It’s a great property!!

Great place- love the extra room and yard

It was a nice little house in a quiet little neighborhood. We did ride our bikes from the house to the local riverside trail with only needing to be on the main road briefly but it is really just outside the bike friendly area of Sandpoint. MTB trails are a short drive away and plenty of food/grocery options. While the windows are fairly well sound insulated it is worth mentioning that it is about 250 yards away from the major east/west rail line and get a train about every other hour throughout the night so no sleeping with the door open

Great property with everything needed to make a great vacation. Loved the heated floors throughout the house, washer & dryer, plenty of space, even a garage. Could have used more towels. The hot tub was a huge hit!!!!

The home was spotlessly clean when we arrived, and all of our shopping needs were met by nearby stores. In all, this home made our visit to Northern Idaho a delightful experience. We could not have been more comfortable! This was our second stay at this home and hope to come back. The addition of the jacuzzi was wonderful!!!
