Quiet, bright and welcoming, in a green setting of 2000 m² of garden, our house of 180 m² is spacious and encourages you to rest and idleness. Close to the port, the city center and the beach of Conleau, easy access to the Gulf of Morbihan, and yet away from the crowds and ensuring tranquility and rest. Our house welcomes you in a large living / dining room with two leather sofas including a convertible, living room open to the outside by bay windows and panoramic windows. A secondliving room with sofa bed is also located on the ground floor. Large rooms with hotel quality bedding, two American kitchens, mezzanine with relaxation area and sofa bed, 4 shower rooms, garden of 2000m ² with trees, veranda. Everyone will have their privacy and will be able to take refuge in the different relaxation areas in the two living rooms, mezzanine, veranda with garden furniture. Smart TVs and fiber optics very high speed, 2 DVD players, books, games invite you to relax. You can have a drink at the bar or have lunch in one of the two dining rooms. With its five large bedrooms and 1 sofa bed and the 3 marble shower rooms, the terrace and veranda facing south, open to the flower garden with cherry and olive trees, our house awaits you for an unforgettable stay. Complete renovation in February 2022.

On the ground floor, 3 bedrooms with double beds: 1 bed of 180/200, a bed of 160/200, a bed of 140/190 cm, a large fully equipped Kitchen, a large living room, three shower rooms, 2 toilets. In addition, there is a second living room very bright and quiet, ideal for teleworking, with a sofa bed leather bedding quality, open to a second American kitchen.Upstairs 2 bedrooms with double bed (140x200), a mezzanine with sofa bed 2 places (140x190) and with its relaxation area, as well as a shower room and a toilet. Several parking spaces inside the property. Free high chair and travel cot are available on request. CLEANING FEE included in the price indicated and non-optional→ 190 € TTC. A private Concierge will receive you and establish with you the schedules of your arrival and departure.
