Large Comfy Topanga Canyon Family Getaway near State Park and Pacific Ocean

The location was out of city but not a far drive. The hosts were awesome they kept in touch and helped with any issues that came up. The house is well loved and had character. The tree house was more for looks and deck was a little old. Our overall stay was perfect and i would recommend to anyone who enjoys nature over city.

We had a very relaxing stay here. The hosts were very helpful - they recommended that we visit the local farmers' market where we bought fantastic food, and we prepared and enjoyed using the well-stocked kitchen. We highly recommend this location for a tranquil stay in a beautiful home.

The house was great! The beds were comfortable and the rooms had everything we needed. We enjoyed the back porch, hot tub, and view. Coming home from sight seeing was relaxing and a welcome respite from the busy-ness of our days. Also, Topanga Canyon is awesome with lots of nooks and crannies to explore!

The home was equipped with everything we needed to enjoy a relaxed family vacation. The two separate living spaces were both comfy and inviting.

We thoroughly enjoyed staying at this lovely and well equipped home in Topanga. Kris and Diana were warm and generous hosts, and the home had literally everything that we needed from towels to pillows to pots and pans. As a guest who visited for dinner said, the home is beautiful but in a way that feels relaxed and unfussy. We plan to stay there again in the future!

This is such a comfortable home for a stay in the LA area. And it is truly a unique home that makes you feel like settling in for your stay. We’ve stayed in many vrbo homes in the States and Europe and this has become our favorite. We were a group that included grandparents, young couples and a small child and everyone enjoyed their stay. Everything is as described in the listing, the house is very well equipped with everything you need, hosts are very welcoming and helpful and the area is really enjoyable. We could not recommend it more highly.

Enjoyed the quiet comfortable home. Well equipped and clean. A bit of an older home but maintained well and the host made it very welcoming and homey.

The property was great, loved it for having coffee on the porch and hanging out with nature. The owner was cool and notified me when people were supposed to get in the backyard to water all the plants due to extreme hot weather conditions.

This was a home, not just a house. There were personal touches that made the house perfect. The little things made a huge difference from other places I have stayed. If we decided to go back to this area I would 100% rent this house again.
