Stayed Dec 31, 1969This is an adorable place to stay. The house is like in the pictures and has a romactic atmosphere, is nicely decorated and there is even a record player and records availble. It has plenty of space around and although there are more houses around it is quite private(unless you dont like chickens).The terrases have quite some shade to so it will not become too hot.There is a well equipped kitchen with plenty of herbs and other stuff to use. The bathroom could have some more storage space and a towel rack. The parking is private and has a gate with remote control which is very handy. Nearby there are some nice small shops at the Pine Tree Circle. The house is perfectly located between Woodland Hills and the ocean side

Stayed Nov 8, 2024We enjoyed our stay in Topanga. This guest house was perfect for our family. Our kids enjoyed exploring in the yard and the books and toys. Owners were quick to respond and very accommodating to us. Would recommend!

Stayed Sep 20, 2024Me and my family stayed for a Celebration of Life for me sister in Santa Monica and choose this property for cost and ease and so happy I did. To sum it up it was like staying at a relatives home because it was so comfortable and inviting. We played board games, cooked meals, played music on the record player. We stopped at the beach where we took the two beach chairs provided to borrow. Overall the property made our stay so good none of us wanted to leave. Just simply beautiful and comfortable. We would love to come back 100 percent.

Stayed Aug 6, 2024Great location, and an excellent host experience. The property is cute, accurate to the posted pictures. The creek was running low while we were there, probably typical for mid summer. Heading down the hill during rush hour can seem a little fraught due to the amount of traffic, but the traffic light just up the road helped to stop traffic periodically. I would definitely stay here again.
