Large comfortable villa with views, garden and swimming pool

Beautiful villa just 800 meters from Sassetta village. The medieval village is set on the hills of the Etruscan Coast, in a very green area where you can enjoy amazing views of the woods and the sea.
The 700 sqm garden is fenced and illuminated at night. The house has 8 beds (and up to 5 additional beds, on request) and is sufficient with 160 square meters of living space on two floors and 100 square meters of terraces inside and out high expectations.
In addition to the ground-level covered terrace, two further balconies on the first floor offer a wonderful panoramic view over the Pian delle Vigne valley. Around the house stretches loose residential development. It only sounds loud in the first days of August, because then it is celebrated.
The villa is superbly equipped and has all the comforts. Through the entrance on the ground floor leads into an open living room with sitting area of two beautiful sofas, which can also be used as a sofa bed for 2 persons, TV satellite and fireplace; in the same room is the dining area with table for 15 people, which merges into the kitchen, where there is another smaller dining area. The washing machine is placed in a utility room in front of the small bathroom on the ground floor. In front of the house is the terrace with dining table and chairs. An open staircase leads to the upper floor, where the 3 bedrooms with double bed and a single bed are located. Each bedroom has a private bathroom with shower. Two of the bedrooms have an exit to the second balcony, which is more like a panoramic terrace due to its size. In the garden there is also a shower. Large pool (12x6 m, open mid-May-Oct) in common with the other 3 apartment of our resort next to it.
Wi-Fi, table tennis and barbecue area available.
In Marina di Castagneto our guests will find a Maremma pine forest and beach (with dressing room, toilet, water, deck chairs and umbrellas).
From here you can make excursions to some beautiful villages such as Bolgheri (17 km, famous for its Sassicaia wine) or Massa Marittima, and visit the Etruscan necropolis of Populonia (25 km).

The price includes gas, water, electricity, bed linen, towels and tea towels, final cleaning, internet Wi-Fi included.
Not included and to be paid on the spot: security deposit 250 €, heating 3.50 € / hour. Pet allowed on request (please state style and size)

MANDATORY DOOR TO DOOR WASTE COLLECTION: in case of accumulation of waste at Check-out, a fee will be deducted from the deposit.
