Stayed May 7, 2024My son graduated from CU and I was born and raised here so most all of my family lives in Colorado. As such, needed a bigger house to host family and friends for graduation festivities occurring throughout the week. The house was perfect! Large spacious rooms, also large kitchen with everything needed to host a well attended graduation BBQ! Backyard and location was perfect, easy to walk to Pearl Street. And the built in steam room in the master shower was awesome! Would absolutely recommend it, clean comfortable and perfect location!

Stayed Apr 21, 2024We rented this property for a business trip and worked out of the home for a week. The house was gorgeous and immaculate not to mention in a terrific location. Everyone enjoyed this home and the host was fantastic to work with. We will definitely book again in the future should we travel to Boulder.

Stayed Oct 12, 2023Comfortable family room space and well equipped kitchen. Clean and welcoming space. Queen bed mattress caving in from both sides so one bed unusable.

Stayed Aug 17, 2023This location is amazing however there were several things that we think should be addressed. 1. Sheets in one of the queen bedrooms were ripped & stained making it obvious that it hadn’t been changed. 2. The other queen room mattress was so bad that my son in law slept on the floor and our grand baby slept with us. 3. The white bath towels smelled mildewy need to be replaced. 4. We had to clean up trash two morning in a row. Cement blocks did not work to keep raccoon out. Trash cans need to be attached to the wood wall and bungee corded shut!! 5. Broken chair in the deck. 6. We feel that your cleaning crew should be re evaluated. Floor sticky in areas. Microwave dirty. Bathrooms weren’t clean. We certainly expect to receive our security deposit because we left the home cleaner that we found it. 4.

Stayed Aug 10, 2023Michaels house was great!! Great kitchen fully equipped, decks from both floors and only .9 miles from Pearl Street. Even with a clogging situation, occurred, Michael sent someone right away to fix the problem.
