One of the best features of Casa Playa is the incredible outdoor space. Enjoy two decks for lounging and sunset views, plus a third deck that takes itto the next level. The 35-foot observation tower offers the most spectacular views of the ocean and is the perfect spot to start your day with coffee or end it with a sunset drink in hand. With approximately 900 square feet of deck space and furniture on every level, you'll have plenty of room to enjoy the fresh coastal breeze.
After a long day at the beach, rinse off in the outdoor shower and settle in for a relaxing evening at your home away from home.

THINGS TO KNOW BEFORE BOOKING
• A signed Property Management Rental Agreement Contract is mandatory upon booking.
• A copy of your driver's license is required to receive check-in instructions.
• Contracting guests of Port A Beach House Company must be 25 or older.

• Golf cart requests must be made at least 48 hours prior to arrival.
• Pet friendly with a maximum of 2 small dogs. $150 per pet.

BEACH GEAR CREDIT INCLUDED
• Guests with reservations of 3 to 21 nights at participating vacation properties will receive a credit toward beach gear rentals during their stay.
• This home includes a beach gear credit for you to select top-quality beach gear for your vacation stay.
• Choose from bikes, kayaks, paddleboards, boogie boards, and more.
• Select your gear at least 48 hours before your scheduled check-in date and VayK Gear will take care of the rest.
• A small delivery fee may apply.

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
• A two-night minimum stay is required.
• Check-in time is approximate; housekeeping and maintenance make all attempts to be ready by 4 PM, but there is no guarantee.
• Construction is always happening somewhere in Port Aransas; we can't guarantee that you won't hear or see construction, building, or community improvement projects and events during your stay.
• Cable/WIFI is provided as a convenience; Port A does experience outages from time to time. There are no refunds for outages of cable/WIFI or if the city pool is closed for cleaning, repair, or maintenance.
• Please remember that you are on an island; mosquitoes and pests can be plentiful several times per year. Our properties are treated by a professional pest control service every month.

CLEANING AND INSPECTION
• We use disinfecting products that meet or exceed CDC performance standards.
• Every property is stocked with bath towels and washcloths for the maximum occupancy of the property, along with one hand towel per bathroom.
• We inspect every property to make sure it is up to standard and ready for your family's arrival.
