Stayed May 30, 2024This home was located in a perfect location and full of New England charm. We were able to walk around easily due to the convenient location. Additionally, the house had great outdoor space, which we enjoyed due to unexpected nice weather. We were also able to use the beach chairs and towels, which was a great perk.

Stayed May 24, 2024Our group of 9 absolutely loved this home! A short walk from the ferries, and even closer to downtown, this home is ideally situated for any number of events on the island. The large bedrooms and unique layout of the house allowed for all of us to feel like we had our own space, but also could spend time together in the yard, kitchen, or living room. The yard on the side of the house was perfect for an engagement proposal. The lawn is perfectly manicured with privacy shrubs and gorgeous blooming rhododendrons. We would absolutely stay here again, and highly recommend anyone interested!

Stayed Oct 19, 2023family gathering (NJ/MT/MA/NY) to celebrate a wedding. Older generation (siblings) fully enjoyed investigating the old house; younger generation (cousins) just loved being together again. Thanks for a wonderful stay with such a convenient location.

Stayed May 19, 2023This rental was perfect for our group of friends on annual weekend trip. The location couldn’t be better, a very short walk to everything downtown. The house is spacious and full of historic charm. Great yard as well. We hope to return!
