Large 9 BR Family Retreat in this quiet Cove (11 Bedrooms with extra cottage)

Beautiful location and very nice houses with lots of room! Houses were clean and neat. The communication from owner was timely and helpful! We will be back for sure!

If you have a large group but stil;l want some privacy this property is for you. The lake/dock is great; the houses were all clean and the AC was perfect. We took 3 of the houses and split my kids/spouses/grandchildren up so everyone had space but the little one's could be in the upper house for quite. There is plenty of greenspace for kids to play and access to Keuka lake is great. From the water gas/convenient store is 2 bays down so easy to get to. We will be back!!

Everything was perfect

Our entire family stayed here for a week & it was great. It was our first time on Keuka Lake. There were 16 of us and plenty of room to spread out. The owner was easy to communicate with. We would definitely stay here again.

Our annual family vacation was perfect! The property was perfect for us. Everyone had the space needed and the location on the lake provided calm water for swimming, paddle boarding, tubing and water skiing!

Beautiful lake, nice lake houses, docks, sunsets, neighborhood...a wonderful spot. We had all three houses and they were all perfect. It's not fancy...but it is homey and serene. Brian lives on the property and is always available, flexible, and helpful.

Beautiful, scenic lakefront location, multiple houses/ cottages were great for our extended family (12 adults of all ages, 2 teens, 2 infants). Great for swimming off the dock or wading in from shore, plenty of watercraft (kayaks, paddleboards, etc.). Plenty of outdoor seating/chairs, picnic tables, deck chairs, etc. Only minor critique, the small cottage bedrooms were quite cramped and got quite warm on hot afternoons, but fortunately the nights cooled off enough that it was fine for sleeping. Despite that, we'd be happy to come back any time, had a great vacation!

Both homes were clean and the space met the needs for our family of 12. Brian was responsive to questions and welcomed questions or concerns. We would certainly rent this property again. The availability of kayaks and paddle boards were a real plus for our family.

We had the please of staying at Brian’s property who worked hard to get this property beautiful for us! We really appreciate Brian’s time, planning, & hard work. We recommend this property for any groups of families & friends who want to feel like they are on vacation & be able to enjoy lakefront access between two homes. With the new renovations, we felt like we could really enjoy the beautiful amenities & utilize the property for barbecuing, fire pits for an evening of relaxation & making s’mores, & the beauty of the lakefront access for guests to enjoy themselves. You won’t regret booking this property as it really met all our needs to having a great experience for all guests!

Both houses were absolutely perfect! We were very please with our stay, and we had access to paddle boats, kayaks, and the dock. It was so wonderful. I wish we had at least another stay to enjoy the house and property! We spent a day checking out wineries/breweries as well. So much fun! We were in a great location to check out plenty of great places. I would love to come back! I miss it already!

Stayed here for a college reunion. Two main properties were clean, with enough space for myself and 13 others. Gorgeous location with many local options for wineries and hiking. Would recommend!
