Large 5 Bed Scarborough Beach House w/ Wetbar, Bikes, Kayaks & Backyard Oasis!

This property is perfect for a family vacation. The amenities are endless, we kept discovering kitchen aides and utensils that made breakfast lunch and dinner fun and easy to prepare. The family room is fabulous and the backyard a virtual playground with plenty of room on a spacious deck. The table comfortably seats 12. Awesome for meals and relaxing. The five bedrooms provide plenty of room and several options to accommodate different family makeups. No need to bring linens or towels as everything including beach towels are provided. This property is a home run in a great location on a quiet street. Christian and Alison are excellent hosts and responded quickly to our few inquiries. If you stay here, you won’t be disappointed. Hope to be able to return to this welcoming home.

The best beach house I have ever rented - hands down top 10. It was spacious, clean, tons of amenities and decorated beautifully, even beach towels and beach chairs! The washer and dryer was top of the line. The lines were so comfortable and the backyard was perfect for a large family to play games, cook seafood, bond and enjoy each other. The wet bar had everything even a wine refrigerator and multiple mixers. They had every type of coffee and tea maker you can imagine.Additionally, the owners were responsive, kind and very caring. Will absolutely rent again. Grateful to have stumbled on this summer rental.

Couldn’t have asked for a better home to spend our week in Rhode Island. The owners are very welcoming. The home has everything you need and is kept very clean and organized. Two state beaches are a very short drive from the house. Proximity to Block Island Ferries is also nice. Likely to book again.

There aren't enough words to describe how perfect this house was for our week in Narragansett! From the get go, the owners were welcoming, kind, and are so attentive to all the details. We immediately felt at home upon arrival (to a spotless house!) There isn't a single thing you could need - plenty of beds, sitting areas, towels, dishes, appliances, games - you name it, they have it! The house is deceivingly large and accommodated our multi-generational family well. Close to the beaches, shops, ferry - it's the perfect spot tucked in a quiet little neighborhood off the main road. Allison and Christian, thank you for sharing your beautiful home with our family, and for being so sweet to our little guy. Your hospitality far exceeded our expectations and we look forward to renting from you in the future!

We had a fantastic week staying at 3 Terra Drive for our annual family vacation! The house was comfortable and big enough for three families to share. There was plenty of space in all areas of the house, including the beautiful backyard that we relaxed in every night. It was clear how much thought and care the homeowners put into this house; there was everything we needed and more. Appliances and furniture were all updated and modern. The house was conveniently located to everything that we needed, with multiple beaches, restaurants, grocery stores, and pickleball courts all within a 10-minute drive. The homeowner was very responsive and thoughtful in making sure our families had a great stay.

The home was spotlessly clean and stocked with everything needed during our stay. There is nothing you will need that won't be there. The beds were VERY comfortable, the hosts were very responsive and considerate and even left little treats for the kiddos (thank you!) Best of all, the house is a minute away from one of the best beaches in Rhode Island. Highly recommended from someone who has rented vacation homes all over the country. This was one of the very best.

Beautiful home with every possible amenity you could want! The ad says “deceptively large” and it really is! Seven adults and we never once felt cramped or in each others space. The house is beautifully decorated and appointed. Central air throughout, new appliances and spotlessly clean! Close to beaches and restaurants and shopping and the neighborhood is so quiet. The owners were so easy to communicate with. They answered every question immediately and were very helpful with local info such as beach passes etc. So many special touches really made our stay amazing; plenty of beach towels and beach chairs, indoor and outdoor games, bikes and the backyard is amazing! So much room! It was so nice to hang out there with the whole family. The milkshake machine was probably the hit of the week? Allison and Christian could not have been more gracious and we look forward to returning!!
