House was nice and in good condition overall.

This home's host was very easy to communicate with pre visit questions. House was very clean and well stocked. It was very conveniently located. We would definitely rent it again.

The rooms were spacious and clean and the king size master bed was very comfortable. We were very happy with our stay. Unfortunately we did not get to use either of the golf carts since we were too nervous to drive.

Had a great stay at Charlotte’s home. Check in went smooth. The house was spacious for the five of us. This house had everything you can think of, from kitchen utensils, pots, pans, abundance of dishes, glasses, bathroom items, pillows, towels etc. House decorated so nicely and felt welcoming. Location was great as pools and lake sumter very close by. Enjoyed the gas golf cart. Will definitely look to return.

This property is just as listed, except maybe even better. It is a very nice home and everything was clean and ready to go for us. It is definitely one of the nicest places to rent in The Villages.

Charotte, your home is beautiful. Spotless, well appointed, spacious kitchen, luxurious primary bedroom. bath, walk-in closet/dressing room, plus the two additional, comfortable bedrooms with adjoining bath. The entire stay in The Villages was great, particularly due to the home location as 2 minutes from Pickleball courts at Bacall Rec, and 8 minutes from Lake Sumter Square. We couldn't ask for more and will definately be back on our next trip to The Villages!

The house was just as described. There was plenty of room for all of us(4) to have their own space. Place was clean and had everything you need to feel at home. Convenient to the town squares in the Villages. Host was very responsive. Would definitely stay here again!

My husband and I along with another couple stayed for three weeks in January. We found the home to be spacious and comfortable. Our host, Charlotte, went above and beyond to provide everything we needed to enjoy our stay. We love to cook and found the large kitchen to be well stocked with cooking utensils, pots and pans, dishes etc..The location was excellent as it is close to Sumpter Landing and Brownwood Square. We would not hesitate to book again.

We came to FL to visit our son and his wife. We were able to have a nice Thanksgiving with our family. The house was perfect. The owner was kind and very easy to work with. She was very accommodating. The neighborhood was perfect.

Super lovely home on a quiet street! Well positioned for Lake Sumpter Landing activities. Really enjoyed our time and the home was as advertised! Owner was attentive and cared about our stay! Was in town for my Mom’s Celebration of Life so not worrying about housing made the whole trip much easier.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay! Beautiful home. The host did a wonderful job thinking of all the little details. The kitchen was spacious and had plenty of everything; pots/pans/plates/glasses/utensils and all the items we have in our own kitchen, even a food thermometer! Beds were very comfortable. Lots of extra blankets, pillows etc… Driving the golf cart all day around the Villages/golf/groceries was never a problem since the owner smartly purchased a large life battery! We will be staying there again!

We came down to celebrate our Moms 90th birthday Check in was easy and we felt at home in minutes. Beds were comfortable, towels and linens and house was immaculate. We will stay there again ♥️

The house was amazing. It was the perfect blend of welcoming and warm. It was in the ideal location for us. It also served as home base for dropping our children off at college (a bit sad because it's first time) but also as a base for looking around the Villages to see about making the next step of a move down there. It was as advertised, yet even better. We look forward to staying here again.

Very nice, large comfortable house with a wonderful decoration theme throughout and fantastic landscaping. Open floor plan from the kitchen through the dining area into the living room allows for great conversation and family togetherness. The rooms are spacious, the beds are comfortable, and you just fit right in immediately. You are a 2 minute golf car ride to two different pools, and 10 minutes to Sumter Landing square. The grocery store, and other shops as well as a few restaurants are only a few minutes away by auto, but can be accessed by golf car with absolutely no concerns. Lastly, the owner is wonderful. Very responsive, helpful and insightful, if I had a question, it was answered very quickly. There is a manual in the home that lays out the entire city, gives directions on accessing wi-fi, and provides directions on services such as garbage pick up. Invaluable. All in all this is a great house, fantastic location, and a wonderful owner. As an individual who has brought his family down to The Villages for over 10 years, I recommend this property as a place to stay, effortlessly, and enjoy all the community has to offer.
