Stayed Sep 10, 2019Home was in the beautiful village of Gilchrist. Very clean and comfortable. Plush towels and especially enjoyed the large lanai with tropical view. A/c went out near end of our stay. We called the company who sent someone right out. Fixed same day. Would definitely rent this home again.

Reviewer Comments: We rented this home in the beautiful village of Gilchrist which was only a 5-10 min ride to Brownwood square. The checkin process through Dhp was quick and efficient. The home was very clean, had plush bath towels, inside easher/dryer. Also enjoyed the oversized labia with beautiful tropical view. Golf cart was very nice and enjoyed having it to drive to several of the golf courses. A/c went out near end of our stay. Called Sho and they sent someone right out and it was fixed same day. Very nice and helpful office to deal with. Would definitely rent through them again.

I did not care for having to drive to the management company to get and drop off the key. Usually their is a code or lockbox on the property.

Reviewer Comments: This was our first foray into spending a month in The Villages and it was a great experience! From the lovely and fully equipped home, to the golf cart and many rounds of golf, the pool, the people and the dining out---all were more than we expected. We have already committed to next February in The Villages.
