This comfortable cottage has three bedrooms and sleeps a maximum of 6 people. Two double size bedrooms have a queen size bed while the third bedroom has two single beds. All beds have electric blankets for those cold winter nights. All bedding including clean sheets, quilts and doonas and bath towels provided to guests.
There is one main bathroom in the house which has large shower, toilet and basin.

Stayed Jul 7, 2025Sabina and Luis are excellent hosts an their home is so comfortable and cozy. My whole family really enjoyed their stay here and would come back anytime. The home is clean, comfortable and has everything you need. It was so lovely coming back to this home after long days in the snow. Thank you for allowing us to experience the beauty of the area.

Stayed Jul 1, 2025The house was perfect. Nice location. Only negatives not accommodation fault is no grocery store in town. (Closed down) Tumut is 30 minutes away and bad to no tv reception but DVDs and board games there.

Stayed Apr 1, 2023A lovely comfortable property in a beautiful street. Plenty of parrots and kangaroos to be seen in the town. A fabulous secure back garden for the dog to lounge in the sun!

Stayed Dec 29, 2022Staying in this house was very pleasant. The master bedroom had a pedestal fan which was excellent, however the other two bedrooms would have benefited from having a fan also. The only great disappointment was an unusable bbq. We drove back into Tumut to buy one to use.
