Jacks Shack is Talbingo's most exclusive holiday listing. Two years have been spent re-designing and re-building the house.

Time, love and a lot of money have been put into the renovations and this is no longer your average snowy house. Extensions have doubled the size of the original house and we have adopted an open plan style for the main living areas.

Innovative design, spacious rooms, attention to detail and top class fittings & fixtures all combine to make Jack's Shack one of the nicest homes in Talbingo.

JACK'S SHACK FEATURES:

Jacks Shack is situated in a prime location. The property has great views of the mountains and is only a few minutes walk from any of Talbingo's amenities including, children's playground, park, sporting oval, Country Club, golf course, tennis courts, Talbingo Lodge Restaurant, supermarket and service station.

A massive covered deck measuring 13 metres x 3.5 metres with extra high balustrade and child safety gate. A gas BBQ and outdoor setting have been provided.

A large lounge room with ample seating and a number of entertainment options including stereo with CD player, 50 plasma television, pay TV, and DVD/video player. A reverse cycle air conditioner operates from this room.

A separate formal dining area.

The custom made kitchen is fully stocked with all cutlery, crockery and cooking needs. White goods include a new ceramic stove top with new oven, new fridge / freezer and new dishwasher.
The laundry area includes a large new washing machine and new dryer, and a second fridge.

The spacious bathroom features double vanity unit, bath tub, extra large shower cubicle, and toilet. There is also a separate toilet for when the bathroom is busy.

All three bedrooms are well appointed, each with their own reverse cycle air conditioner, and a walk-in wardrobe is attached to the main bedroom. Electric blankets and bedding (excluding sheets) have been provided for your convenience. The bedding configurations are as follows:

Bedroom 1 = 1 x Double bed 3 x single bed
Bedroom 2 = 1 x Queen bed 2 x single bed
Bedroom 3 = 1 x Double bed

The property is fenced and features extensive pathways, lawn areas, beautiful gardens and the concrete driveway makes access easy. There is also a separate entertaining area at the rear of the property complete with a new roof.

We can accommodate a maximum of 11 people
