Lakeview Terrace is situated within Rafferty’s Resort on 35 acres of natural bush land with water frontage on Lake Macquarie. The wonderful advantage of this Terrace is it is closest to the main pool, cafe/Restaurant and lakefront. The Terrace is two storey with two bedrooms and ensuite bathrooms upstairs. Both bedrooms have a shared balcony with lake views. Downstairs is the kitchenette with dining and living areas and is fully air conditioned.

Stayed Sep 28, 2025The host gave excellent comms and was always a pleasure dealing with. The house itself was very clean and well presented and a great view. The resort itself is quite clean and in an amazing location. Definitely will be going through this host again next time I am down for a holiday.

Stayed Apr 23, 2024We had an amazing stay at Mario’s place. It was only a 1.5hr drive from Sydney yet we felt like we were miles away. The home was just what we needed, the beds were comfy, the place was clean, and a great deck off the bedroom to see the lake and take photos of the beautiful sunset. Our teenagers were well occupied with the numerous tennis courts, swimming pools, and open grassed spaces for a game of footy, not to mention direct access to the lake and a short drive to a range of beaches. Mario was super helpful with a little video of how to get to the place through the vast resort grounds. Would definitely recommended for an awesome get away. Thanks Mario

Stayed Sep 29, 2023Having stayed at Rafferties before we really appreciated our stay, from the call pre check in with tips on nearby coffee etc. The condition of the terrace really made it a comfortable stay, absolutely spotless and the addition of a few bits in the kitchen (tea, coffee machine, basic condiments) was a lovely touch. The location is great being so close to the main pool and bar etc. We would most likely book this again rather than any other provider at the resort. Big thank you Mario!
