Lakeview, Minutes from Beach & 5th Avenue!!

Noelia is a wonderful host. The house is just lovely. Everything you could want plus many extras. Quiet neighborhood and very walkable. We especially liked walking on the nearby greenway and sitting by the pool in the afternoon. A short ride to restaurants and the beach. Don’t hesitate to stay here, you’ll love it. Thanks Noelia.

This property met all our needs. I especially enjoyed riding one of the bikes daily around the beautiful, quiet neighborhood. The pool was used daily by my husband and me. The pool was well maintained as were the grounds. We enjoyed comfortable furniture in this spacious, lovely house. The property manager was easy to communicate with and helpful. We so enjoyed our stay and hope to return.

This house is the best we have stayed in. This was our second year here. The kitchen and 2nd bathroom had been remodeled since last year, and it was nice then. The remodel is beautiful. This house is clean, well laid out, and has everything you could want. We love the patio and pool area. It was not an issue for us, but just so you know, the 3rd bedroom bed is lower to the floor than most beds. Noelia and the caretaker are very responsive to any question or concern. We highly recommend this house. Wish we could have stayed longer.

We loved this house. It was perfect for us. The pool and patio area was large and I loved sitting in the sun by the pool. We ate outside every chance we could if it was warm enough. The house is very clean and the kitchen was stocked with just about anything you could need to use. The bed in the 3rd bedroom is a queen, but is quite low to the floor. It was not an issue for us. We enjoyed the birds in the canal outside the pool area. Noelia was great to work with She always responded immediately to any questions before and during our trip. The property manager was very helpful when we had an issue with the TV. She was able to help us over the phone and it was resolved immediately. We were able to stay an extra day and will book it again for next year. Wish we could have stayed longer!

We enjoy the peace and quiet of the house and neighborhood. Look forward to our vacation time there to enjoy the sunny temperatures in a safe environment. I'm thankful for Noelia and her house!

My husband, two dogs and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this house. The heated pool and available bikes were my favorite amenities. We’ve stayed here before and love all the house has to offer. It’s in a quiet neighborhood and has plenty of room for us. The owner and property manager are easy to communicate with. Not a single problem arose during our stay.

We had a lovely time at this Crown Pointe home—the best? Great pool, neighborhood, convenience to downtown. All this and a comfy king bed too! Clean, well-stocked kitchen and all the games, pool floats and neighborhood activities.

The house is clean, comfortable and had everything needed for a great vacation. The neighborhood is quiet and well maintained. The location is convenient to downtown Naples and shopping. Highly recommended!

We loved this house in Crown Pointe. Perfect for a couple but enough room for family of 6. Pool was fantastic and house was fully stocked. Nice neighborhood. We will be back.
