Stayed Aug 10, 2024Paul was a wonderful host from the time we booked the rental to the day we checked out. His property is located in a quiet and friendly neighborhood. It is well maintained, clean and inviting. The kitchen is well equipped and made cooking large breakfasts and dinners a breeze. While the inside is also comfortable and spacious we really enjoyed sitting outside on both patios. This house and location was perfect for our multigenerational family to enjoy a week away together. Thank you!

Stayed Jul 24, 2024This house was perfect for our family during our visit to PA/NY for a family reunion. The house is beautiful and spacious and fully equipped. The yard is beautiful and we enjoyed sitting on the patio and barbecuing on the gas BBQ.There are also a number of other outdoor spaces that were lovely. Paul is a gracious host and communicated with us throughout the stay. We definitely look forward to coming back again.

Stayed Aug 6, 2023Paul was friendly, helpful and communicative. His house was beautiful. It easily and comfortably fit our group. While the house is not set up to be child proof (and we were not expecting it to be), it was spacious enough for us to create a play space for the kids, set up safe spaces for them to sleep, and for the adults to not feel overrun by the kids.
