A fabulous weekend get away with friends!

Perfect house right on the lake for our large group! We went to the pumpking fest at Southern Tier and the house was the perfect location for us! The host sent Panera for breakfast one day too! Beautiful home, I highly recommend and would stay there again!

Wow! What a beautiful home. For the past 30 years we have met as a family at Lake Chautauqua. We have four generations of family gathering together to relax, enjoy each other’s company and create lifelong memories. Our stay at Laura’s home was absolutely wonderful. The home is very well cared for, sitting on the edge of the lake gave us some spectacular views, especially at sunrise. Laura is very communicative and extremely helpful, should you be considering renting a nice spacious home, that allows for space to be alone as well as an open area to bring the family together, you will thoroughly appreciate being here. This is by far the best home we have rented at lake Chautauqua.

Fabulous property for big parties.

House was perfect size and layout for the 11 of us. WI-FI was weak when evening came, and everyone was settling down and on their devices. The waterfront was not useable for swimming and the level of the water at the end of the dock made it difficult to get the boats in and out. Gloria was very responsive to and questions we had and followed up with us when we contacted her.

Our family had a wonderful week at Lake Chautauqua, and our trip was made even more special by being able to stay at this beautiful lake-front home.

The property is right on the lake. Being able to sit outside, make a fire and enjoy the evening was great. House is very roomy and we all had a private spot. House is well stocked with dishes, etc. My family thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

This is a perfect property. Our large family was able to fit comfortably for the weekend. Everything was clean, instructions were clear, and the house provided everything we could need! We would love to come back again. Thank you thank you!! Go Irish!

Very nice for large groups. Easy access to the lake and outdoor activities. Quiet street and neighborhood. Gloria the manger was very responsive to any needs. Dock was new with easy docking. Kitchen had all the necessary utensils and equipment.

While we did have a good time, and enjoyed ourselves, we would not come back. The other reviews stated that the house was very clean, we did not find that to be so. We had to go buy paper towels and dish soap. The beds were not comfortable at all. I also didn't like having to take out insurance due to the Chinese antiques throughout the house. That's just a money grab.

Really a great place to enjoy a large family vacation!

The property was immaculate. Everything was as described. Gloria the property manager was a peach, always available, and helpful. I give her 5 stars! The only downside was Mother Nature. The lake was experiencing a algae bloom and was unswimmable in the area. A few suggestions, a few more dish towels are needed, there were only 3. The hot pads are worn thru, you had to be careful. I understand cost, but removing the dead fish & trash that blows into the breakwall once/week would make the outdoor area a little more pleasant and pleasing to the eye. All in all a great place, worth the cost. Kudos to Laura for the thoughtful surprise on arrival!
