Lakeview Chic 3BD House for golf/beach lovers

Unique space in convenient location. Wish there were two full baths. Outside space needed work. Overall a good place to stay in Clearwater.

I’ve been traveling to Florida for years and I will tell you right now.. You will not find anything better than this for the value of the money!! GREAT host.. Big house, nice garage & TV & A heated toilet seat w/ a remote to flush & bidet! Double showers & a jet/bath tub, AND a hot tub! NICE washer & dryer, cool new fridge with artisan ice maker, there was a lot of thought put into this place compared to others that cost more a little closer to the beach. Just drive to Honeymoon Island (my fav beach & park/trail system) where the parking is plentiful, it’s a 10 min or so drive personally I rode my bike there everyday! This place is practically on the Pinellas trail (short couple mile sidewalk ride away).. I also rode my bike to Clearwater Island too, rolled out right from the driveway to the trail! This place can’t be beat for the price.

It’s a nice place with plenty of space for our family of 5. The kitchen had everything we needed. We enjoyed the hot tub and had fun with the karaoke too!

The Property was well kept. The house was clean. The kitchen was stocked with plenty of cooking spices and utensils. The big screen T.V. was a big hit. The computer/work desk was very helpful. It felt good coming back from a day in the sun to a nice cool house. Overall a good experience.

Awesome vacation home! Very modern upscale feel for house interior. Only down side was there's only 1 shower. Kinda hard for a family of 5. But its a very nice house and i would recommend it.

The home next door was under renovations and getting a new roof so there was zero peace and quite. At one point there were 5 men sitting on the roof next door staring at me sitting in the sunroom...so awkward. The home itself was beautiful and we enjoyed the updated furnishings and amenities.

First of all I would like to say it was very clean and this made our experience there very conformable. It really is a beautiful house located not far from the beaches. We stayed 9 nights in Clearwater and having a quiet and clean place to come after the beach made our vacation very pleasant.

I wanted to thanks Anna for the amazing experience at the house. I loved the interior decor, style of the home, and the amenities. The house was spacious, close to the beach, and had everything I needed to stay. I would 100% recommend a family to stay there and just enjoy hanging out together, go in the jacuzzi or bbq. Great experience!

Very cool, high tech home with every amenity we could need. Close to BayCare Park & Dunedin which we enjoyed. The only downside was the traffic in front of the house. Nothing the owner could control.

This house is very nice, just like the pictures. It came well stocked with about everything you could need. The giant TV was awesome. The beds were very comfortable. The bathroom with dual showers was so beautiful. beautiful beautiful.

This place is as nice as the pictures. Very roomy and beautiful. The outdoor space and hot tub are awesome. Anna is a fantastic host, very responsive, honest and knowledgeable. We would definitely book with her again. Great location to as everything is close by that you would need.
