Yes, but ice maker needs service call... makes strange noise when making ice like woodpecker and ice is slow making. Need new grill on deck, burners are rusted out and not in great shape.

Kellie was great! She was very accommodating with our schedule and even had the AC turned on and cooling the rental by the time we got there.The property was amazing. Having coffee out on the back deck and drinks and dinner in the evening was the highlight of our trip. Very quiet property. If visiting Nashville again, I would definitely stay here!

Lake view was peaceful - I wasn’t aware at booking that is half of a house. The beds were very comfortable.

It was very nice just not obvious that there were two properties that share an address. We went to the wrong house at first. After that it was lovely. Beautiful lake views!!

Was a great place to stay

This property was in a wonderful location. So close to Nashville but quiet and peaceful with a beautiful lake view. The patio is wonderful and over looks the lake. The owners are so nice and communication was great. This property is an apartment over the garage and the owners rent this and the main house - which is connected by a sundeck but both sides have privacy. There are two bedrooms and then a living room with both a couch and a pull out sofa. It is so easy to rent a boat or kayak if you want. The owners are very helpful with sharing local favorites. We found a local farm that was amazing - Breeden’s orchard. Highly recommend! Family owned and just the sweetest people. This was a great location and I would rent again.

We loved the house and what a view

This property is located on the Cumberland River. At this section of the property, the water is a river. There is no beach. There is no river access. There was a pier at the neighboring property, but did not appear to be ours. If it was available to us, that was never made clear by the owner. The property is connected to another rental property. The house in the other side is a distance of 20 feet, at best. This property is located in a dense neighborhood in which dated houses are located in small lots and are closely packed together. A peaceful cabin on a lake is a far cry from the realities of this property. Property did not seem extremely clean upon our arrival. Food bits were in the catch in the kitchen sink drain. Cobwebs with trapped insects covered the windows. Towel rack in the bathroom was loose and could not be shed to hang towels. Patio fan didn’t work. The pictures insinuate that access to a boat is included; it is not. Daily fee of 600 for use of a boat. Kellie was very responsive to us and provided clear instructions for use of the property. Additionally, she was responsive to me when our adjoining neighbors were being loud late at night. She promptly informed me that they don’t offer recycling, when I inquired about recycling facilities. Kellie charged me a pet fee because she determined that I brought a dog. I did not, and will plan to contest that with VRBO.

Well appointed, cute decor. Beautiful views from deck including sunsets. Good area for fishing, close to Nashville and activities . Quiet at night and friendly neighbors. Would highly recommend . Stairs to second floor.

Our family had a great stay. The house was very clean and comfortable. We loved the views of the lake from the deck and the location to downtown Nashville was convenient.

We stayed 4 nights. It was clean. As others have mentioned, there are stairs to get up to this unit that sits above the detached garage next to the primary house. It is approximately 30 minutes to downtown Nashville. It does have covered parking (carport). It was sufficient for our needs.

Property had a beautiful lake view. Communication with Kelli was not even necessary because everything was explained perfectly and easily accessible. Neighborhood was very peaceful. It was exactly what we were looking for. Space was very comfortable and clean. We had an amazing time!

This had everything we needed to spend a few quiet days unplugged but also close enough to Nashville to go out. The deck is really large and the covered area was great when it was drizzling out. We didn't venture out on the lake but did enjoy the view

The view on the lake is everything, my husband and I sat on the deck everyday. The house was clean, music style. Nicely decorated. It’s a very quiet neighborhood. It’s only 30 mns from downtown Nashville. We stayed there and drove to Downtown everyday.

This place has such a beautiful view. Place is very nice and was great accommodation for us all.

We had a wonderful stay. The property was welcoming, clean and beautiful. We rented the boat for one day of our trip and spent a fabulous day on the lake. We appreciated the recommendation from the property owner to eat at Sam’s on the lake, the food was great. We hope to return in the future with our families for an extended stay.

We enjoyed our stay at this home. The owners were very responsive to any messages we sent. The interior was clean and was well furnished with enough kitchen accessories and towels for the bathrooms. We did have some ants coming in through the kitchen window. We sprayed them but they kept coming in. We also had a wasps nest on the back patio and the owner came over and sprayed. The listing said the home had Direct TV but there was none. We inquired about it and the owner said they hadn’t had Direct TV in years. She said there was streaming available but we weren’t able to watch any football or tv all weekend. Not so sure the tv’s that were there were smart tv’s. The WiFi kept cutting out all weekend so that wasn’t a strong signal. There was a BlueRay machine in the living room and bedroom. Who uses BlueRay!? It was a beautiful location overlooking the lake and conveniently located.

Access to the home required ability to climb steps above a garage. Not good access for all who stay there. Not as updated as most places I have stayed at. Should not be rated a five star. Location is far out from down town Nashville. Nice location if you want to get away from the city.

Listing does not mention anything about renting an apartment on top of the garage off of the main house. You find this out 3 days prior to arrival date. So you’re unable to cancel booking and you are stuck with the property or you eat the payment. The deck connects to the main house they have it divided with a patio table. The French doors in the main bedroom that lead you to the deck to look at the lake is taped shut and has blocks setting on the outside…… I’m guessing this is because it is to close to the main house. If you want to use the grill you are staring directly at who ever is at the main house. VERY VERY INACCURATE LISTING. Was extremely disappointed. Just hope this helps out someone else before they get stuck like I did myself. LISTING STATES ENTIRE HOUSE ALSO BEWARE!!!!!!!!!!!
