The floating dock is one of the best amenities on the whole property, and also has great fishing on the pier, along with great space for entertainment. The house also has a private boat launch.

Stayed Oct 11, 2024Lakeside Retreat was the perfect home for visiting our Downsville family. It was clean, extremely well-stocked, had plenty of parking and felt like home. The open kitchen, dining, living room floorplan is so welcoming. We are ‘lake people’ and the front porch did not disappoint. Also, the Green Egg turned out 10 fine ribeyes. We will definitely keep this home in mind for our next visit.

Stayed May 2, 2024Great Lake house. We have stayed here twice with our family. Home well equipped with everything you need. Kitchen and bathrooms stocked very well. Our grandkids enjoyed fishing off the dock.
