Lakeside paradise with private pool, tennis courts, and more

The house was very clean and gorgeous. Pool heat was an issue the whole time but other than that it was a great stay

Conflicting information among VACASA corporate and information in VCASA 3-ring binder in house and local VACASA team. We treated the home as we would our own. Housekeeping should have very little to wash or tidy up. Had to replace battery in garage key pad in order to get inside since directions on front door key pad were unclear. The 4-digit code to front door was very helpful plus the video of how to work lock to open bolt.

Day one arrival - we found dead flies all over the house, no garage door opener to use in our rental car, the pool was filthy and the slider to the pool did not lock. A call was made to Vacasa and we were told a ticket was opened for service. Day three we still hadnt seen anyone to clean the pool or fix the lock on the slider so another call was made to Vacasa and we were told a ticket was opened for service. Day four, still nobody had come to clean the pool and the lock was still broken so every time we left...our belongings and those of the homeowner were unprotected. Another call to Vacasa and we were told an expidited ticket was opened for service. Finally, the pool was cleaned but the lock was not fixed. We were able to use the pool for three days before the pool turned green from algae. We again called Vacasa and were told they would open a ticket for service. The next day when nobody had been there to clean the pool we again called Vacasa and told them we wanted someone out to fix the lock and clean the pool that day or we would expect compensation for not being able to use the pool which is a listed ammenity. There was a maintenance man and pool cleaner at the house within two hours. We were only able to use the pool five days out of the 13 we were there because it was dirty and Vacasa ignored our complaints.

Great pool and fully stocked kitchen for cooking.

What a great home for a family vacation! It had a well stocked kitchen making it easy to prepare meals. The great view of the pool from so many locations in the home gave piece of mind to let the kids swim while easily supervising them from inside when needed. The large poolside table was perfect for family dinners on a nice night. The location was also awesome. We visited five different local beaches that were all a quick drive from the house.

This was our second time renting a house in this community, the location is very convenient and in the middle of everything. The house is clean and has everything we could possibly need (except laundry detergent which we brought with us, everything else was provided). While it looks little dated it surprisingly so cozy, clean, comfortable and very well maintained. We stayed over two weeks there and felt like at home. The layout of the house makes everyone comfortably situated in two different wings of the house. We loved the fact that walls are not thin and very well insulated, which helps when you travel with kids, no noise issues. Bonus was comfy beds and good quality bedsheets and pillows (which for me makes a huge difference). Beautiful view form master bedroom and the pool (minus the roll of tarp which I wish wasn’t there). We loved the fact that it was a cul de sac too! The only downside of this property is painted concrete around the pool instead of pavers, not only it doesn’t look good but it makes it dangerous and slippery, we had few people slip on it. Otherwise our experience was great and we would definitely come back again. Kayleen from Vacasa was very helpful and efficient when we needed her help. Overall very pleasant experience

Loved the home and the pool.

Overall the house is nice but needs maintenance and a good cleaning. Compared to other Vacasa properties this one does not live up to the Vacasa standards. None of the shades in the house are operating, no towels or floor mats left out, pillows were in the closet with no pillow covers, trash was left on the floor, and grill still had food on it. Did request maintenance to come by to fix the shades to the master bedroom so neighbors couldn’t look in but no one came. There is much better houses in this neighborhood to rent. Overall disappointing.

They were very communicative, especially Tina, and were proactive with pool and maintenance people coming for upkeep. The house is well maintained, beautiful, and in a perfect area. Gated community, so you feel very safe too!

This home was perfect for our needs. Spacious, well kept, and convenient to all we wanted to do in the Naples area. The kitchen was well equipped which is not the case in many vacation homes. On my next trip to Naples I will definitely look for this home again.
