Stayed Sep 9, 2025View was amazing & the space was great!There were A LOT of spider webs & some spiders, inside. It's so easy to clean those up & spray for them, so could be a simple fix. If not for that, I would have given it 5 stars.

Stayed Jul 1, 2025Valcour Cottages was the perfect escape for a lake house vacation! The house was clean, perfect view of Lake Champlain, and provided wood for fire pits at night. We were able to use the tubes we brought to swim on a calm water day (there are steep steps to the water, but also a couple close beaches) The Cottages are near some gorgeous hikes! We hiked to the top of Rattlesnake Mountain and cliff jumped at Flumes Falls. Adirondack River Rental made Kayaking perfect along Ausable River! The host Greg was super friendly and responsive! We hope to visit again!
