Stayed Feb 10, 2026Loved the office area upstairs. Wi-Fi was great. Appreciated the large monitor and printer. File drawers had some supplies which I didn’t need but was nice. All the extra blankets were really appreciated since it was snowy and cold. We didn’t realize there was a baby gate in the closet so we bought one. The house now has two baby gates since we left the one we bought for others to use. The stairs up to the kitchen could really use a rail or something on the right hand side at the top. Someone could easily fall if not paying attention. Providing the allergy friendly laundry detergent and drier sheets was a nice touch. All in all we enjoyed our stay. Three adults and a two year old. Love the gas stove and oven. Love the big screen tv downstairs.

Stayed Jul 21, 2025Big house beautifully kept. Wide open and very comfortable. Beautiful view of the lake and island right out the front window. Kayaking right off the property. And the hot tub was awesome!Chris, the property owner, leaves you alone but makes himself available through text if you need anything. Would definitely without a doubt stay here again if we ever make our way back up here

Stayed Mar 11, 2023The property was well kept and all the cabinets were extremely well labeled. The provided streaming services made the stay a breeze. The only complaint possible is with google maps telling me the house was on the wrong side of the road.

Stayed Dec 27, 2022We stayed at the house late in December. The house was warm when we arrived and even though it is quite big the heating is excellent. The house itself is very comfortable with options to enjoy time together and alone.

Stayed May 20, 2022The house is located on Cumberland Road with lake access. For my party it was perfectly located for canoeing the Saranac River and Lake Champlain. The house was large enough for our seven man group and had all the necessities we needed. I would definitely recommend this house for anyone looking to have access to the Plattsburgh area and Lake Champlain.
