Rental was clean and spacious for our family of 10! Steps away from one of the pools was a plus!

Stayed Jul 20, 2025Rating Details: The property manager was adequately helpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was more than happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: VERY late check in, we arrived just before 4pm, was not allowed in the room until after 5pm.No pace to park. Tar on the floor and rug in one of the rooms.

I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: It was a great house to stay in, had everything we needed and super comfortable for our group. I would say the pool at the South was disappointing. The water was cloudy and pool appeared dirty. Not happy with that as it was one of the main reasons we stayed at the South.

I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We loved our stay at Beach Barn 108 over the Fourth of July holiday! The house was extremely clean, roomy, and close to the boardwalk/pool area. The beds were very comfortable and all of the rooms were spacious. Just a few points of feedback: the sectional that is in the living room is way too small for the space and the for amount of guests that are staying in the house- it would greatly benefit from a larger one since it's the main gathering space for a large group. The house description said there was a Keurig coffee maker so we got K-cups with our grocery order, but it was a regular coffee machine. Thankfully the house had some regular coffee available for us but just a heads up to other guests! As stated in the description, paper products were provided for two days but we ran out of paper towels and trash bags by the third day so it's a good idea to bring extras. The garage is not accessible to guests so we had to store all of our beach chairs & gear by the front door of the house. We did not rent a golf cart but it would have been super convenient to have one. Overall, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay! We will definitely be back!
