Stayed Dec 27, 2025Really nice:* location for me. * facility - 2 bedrooms, bathroom with walk-in shower, laundry access, full kitchen.* access to shopping (groceries, etc.) and eating location including roads to other locations and some touristy locations* plenty of cooking utensils (but stored in the over ... :) Lovely assistance by owners for access and more.

Stayed Jun 27, 2023This property was very clean. Easy to get to and easy to check in. It was about 10 min from downtown Florance and about 20 min from RTJ The Shoals Golf course. It has a full kitchen and a breakfast restaurant about 50 yards away that opens at 7 am.

Stayed May 19, 2023Property is conveniently located close to restaurants stores and a few golf courses (our reason for the visit). Overall had a nice visit; and was very quiet at night. Landlord had some repair work taking place on the guest house fence early on some days, but we are early risers and that did not bother us. For us, there were only a couple minor issues; The living room furniture is patio wicker furniture and not the most comfortable, and the bathroom arrangement is a little awkward with vanity right up against the toilet. Would be better if bathroom vanity was only 2/3 the length.
