Stayed Sep 11, 2025Communication with the people that manage the property was great!!So overall it was not a bad stay but there was a few minor things that were not to great. 1) things were not how they were pictured in the photos. 2) the air conditioner in the mid level rattles and vibrates the entire house except the basement area. it was pretty loud.The big thing is the driveway. NOT SAFE FOR MOTORCYCLES. The whole parking area is slanted, its pretty loose gravel and the change from the asfault to the gravel it very uneven and has some pretty good drops in it for bikes. I would highly recommend paving the whole thing.

Stayed Jun 30, 2025Advertised to sleep 10 but not comfortably. We used a couch and an air mattress and had 9….4 adults and 5 kids ages 11-16. Microwave and coffee maker were very tiny for 10 people. Refrigerator leaked water onto the floor and window shades were not adequate for morning sun with people trying to sleep in, in the loft. We did love the little house tho. Great location, plenty of eating area and room to spread out. We loved the porches and dock area. We think the house could just use a little TLC tweaking

Stayed Oct 24, 2024It was very nice and quiet. The dock worked out great for our boat We went out to eat at the restaurants that are right down the road. We will consider staying here again

Stayed Oct 15, 2024Driveway is unsafe. Ran into a few issues that need to be fixed. Mattresses were too firm in bedrooms for our liking. Could be cleaner and we found black mold in basement bedroom.
